These Himalaya Hello Easy Digestive Enzymes capsules have good quality ingredients, are easy to swallow, and I’ve had very good results. A bit on the high side at 3 a day.

I am loving the Hello Easy Digestion supplement from Himalaya. While this bottle is rather small, only 30 capsules, this is not unfamiliar for products such as these. I do hope Himalaya will offer a larger size. I found this easy to travel with for eating on the go. I like that this product has three key elements; a prebiotic, probiotic, and digestive enzymes. I found these helped support my digestive system very well. I remained regular and feeling great! I would recommend this supplement to anyone interested in supplementing their daily routine and supporting their digestive system.

This is a small bottle of pills, it only has 30 capsules in it, so if you take it according to the directions, one with each meal, it only lasts for 10 days if you eat 3 meals a day, or 15 days if you eat 2 a day. I guess this bottle is a good one to buy if you just want to try it out to see how it works for you. But hopefully they make a larger bottle for those who actually want to continue using these. That being said: this is a product by a company I have bought from and liked before, so I'm confident I can trust them. I have to take enzymes daily to help with my digestion, and when I used these after finishing up the bottle from a different company, I had no problems, things just continued as before. I didn't have any pains or digestive upset from these, they work well as far as I can tell. They are a normal size, easy to swallow, and I don't burp up any weird tastes. Now that I have run out of them, I am having digestive problems. So I'm going to have to go shopping for a larger bottle of these!

I couldn't tolerate this. Gave me a stomach ache every single time I tried to use it.

I like Himalaya as a brand, having previously used their brand of shatavari and chyavanaprasha. When I get an upset stomach I normally drink ginger tea, so this seemed like a fitting supplement to try. Their enzyme blend is measured by weight and not activity units so we can't judge the strength. I don't usually deal with bloating, just a sour belly and acid reflux, and this seemed to help calm everything down faster. The pills are on the larger side for capsules but still easy to swallow with no weird aftertaste (or weird smell in the bottle). I appreciate they use glass bottles too. My partner has a lot of GI issues and didn't think this did much for him. He prefers the all-enzyme products and didn't appreciate this mix with herbs so I don't know how much of that is placebo and how much is just that his issues aren't going to be motivated by an over the counter product. It's not a good value compared to other supplements for digestive health but it is a good value for the Himalaya brand.

The Himalaya enzymes come in easy to swallow capsules. Each serving is one capsule that contains 2 billion CFU Probiotics and Prebiotics and some herbal ingredients. I take these after full meals and have not had any ill effect. As I age, I have been eating less. So it's good to know that I am taking care of my body by providing necessary enzymes that may be lacking in my diet.

This probiotic works like other products of this category do, with the same sort of effects. Did not have any issues with it. Find one that works for you at a price you like. Notably, this one comes in a nice glass bottle instead of plastic.

I trust Himalaya brand products and this could be a better budget option for those seeking pre/probiotics and digestive enzymes. Not the biggest CFU dosage I've seen, but I appreciate the subtle inclusion of ginger and didn't experience any negative reactions during my use. No massive improvement in digestion, but this could be more effective for those with less intense GI issues.
