Standard multivitamins (for the most part) with extra Folic Acid
My partner and I have just found out she's pregnant, and it was fortuitous that these vitamins appeared on Amazon's Vine Voices program, which offers items for free in exchange for honest reviews. These vitamins are essentially a standard multivitamin with an additional quantity of Folic Acid, which is critical for soon-to-be-mothers to get enough of to avoid some nasty birth defects which are associated with Spina Bifida, which causes defects in the formation of the spine and spinal cord. I know a fair bit about this subject because I was born with a very mild case of Spina Bifida, and I want to ensure it isn't inherited by my offspring. There really isn't much to these multivitamins, but I feel they are rather expensive at £9.99 for 30 vitamins. For this reason I have dropped a star off the rating. These Centrum multivitamins will help prepare expecting mothers for their bundle of joy, hopefully without any complications from issues such as Spina Bifida.

Pregnancy care
These are so easy to swallow and taste quite nice on the outer coat. Been on them a month and got pregnant in that cycle so I was so these are highly effective

May alter cycle length
Centrum Conception Vitamins for Women are designed to support women who are trying to conceive. Each tablet contains 400μg of folic acid, which is essential for maternal tissue growth and helps prevent birth defects such as spina bifida . These vitamins also include other key nutrients like vitamin E, iron, zinc, and vitamin D, which contribute to immune support, bone health, and normal fertility. While the composition of ingredients seems great, I did stop taking these as I found that my cycles were delayed when on this. I can't say for sure that these were the cause, but it was unusual for me.

Great
Great vitamin. Not only is this great as a pre and post natal, but all round health too! The dose is clear, and if used as suggested, at this price I find that it’s quite reasonable if not a complete steal. Information about ingredients etc is clear on the back and everything seems to be good quality and safe. I’d recommend.

Nauseas
Bought these as we are trying to conceive our third child. Did nothing but give me a banging headache and made me nauseas. Took me over two weeks to figure out it was these making me feel rough. I bought four packs so unfortunately they’ve all had to go in the bin.

Easy to consume and contain key nutrients
Having a good multivitamin is useful for a range of situations especially if you are trying to get pregnant and it's also a time when a standard option might not quite cut it due to what's included. I checked these out from big brand Centrum. These vitamins come in a pot that holds the vitamins well and is easy to open and reseal. The tablets have a limited range of vitamins and supplements, concentrating on the key vitamins and minerals needed for conception. They are small enough to be able to swallow easily with water.Overall though these are absolutely fine as vitamins and could help to make sure you are getting everything you need while trying for a baby.
