This flashlight worked good for 6 months and then refused to charge by the sun or hooked up to the computer. You can decide if it's worth 6 months of 1/2 hour use a night. We only used it to take the dog out for a quick pit stop and a bark at the coyotes, in the middle of the night. Just in and out and that's it. Worked very well before it stopped. We charged it when we received it as it was a little low and that was the only time. The charge held well.We live in the country with rattlesnakes, coyotes, Mt. Lions, Bears and Bob cats and illegal immigrants. We need a good light when we need it. The light was exceptional, the light itself was never abused or dropped If they can fix that recharge issue, I"d buy another. Would love one that also had a bezel to turn it on and off instead of a push button.

Love it keep it in my car.... and when the first one arrived faulty, the seller was all over themselves to replace it and make sure I was satisfied. Easy Peasy.Works great in all modes. Perfect for disasters, emergencies.

Nice durable solar powered flashlight. What sets this flashlight apart from the rest is the solar charger which is great if you enjoy the outdoors and the fact it can be used as a back up battery bank. So once it's charged up you can use it to charge your phone in case of emergencies. This is a really nice feature to have. The flashlight is nice an bright and only draws 3W of power. Once it's charged up it last for quite a bit of time. If you leave it out in the sun it should never run out at night. Worked great for us on our last camping trip and will probably end up buying a few more to replace our old lights.

This is the item I have been looking for for a long time! I’m tired of changing batteries or recharging with AC-DC transformer, which not functionable if you forgot to charge or batteries outdated. The solar charging function saves me a lot of time and money. I can just leave it in my car daily and always has the best illumination. The britghtness is another thing I like, it looks like day time. The range is good, I can easily see anything in my back yard during the night. One more thing I truly appreciate is, it can be used as a power bank for cell phone or other device recharged by USB. That means I have a mobile solar power bank! Price is very reasonable. All other side functions such as opener, glass hammer and compass are very helpful.

Bought this as a gift for my brother in law that is really into bugout stuff. I made sure it worked before gifting it and I was very happy with the quality. It is a very sturdy flash light and the battery inside was very good quality. Charged right up in the sun as well.

There are no instructions with the flashlight, and writing on Box containing the flashlight is so small and worn that I cannot read it. What material I can read uses no sentence structure that is remotely like English. I have put the flashlight in the sun for several hours, but cannot turn it on, so apparently it has no charge. The cord that apparently is included to charge a cell phone does not fit my iphone . I've had solar charged flashlight that worked simply and fine.

Love this flashlight, as it is solar charged and at the same time you are having a charger at least for your smartphone, which gives a huge comfort a person like me who is addicted to traveling and wandering.The surprising discovery for me was the multi functional features of it, like compass, USB charger, safety hammer, and belt cutting knife which is crucial in an emergency situation.I hope I will have many interesting experiences with this perfect tool in my adventures.To express my opinion in a couple of words it is very good choice for a great price.

I wanted a rechargeable flashlight and found this one and it’s solar! Love the idea and will use it in camping trips to keep phone charged too! Seatbelt cutter is plastic and worry if it will get the job done after sitting around for a year in the sun and heat and becomes too brittle to do the job.
