LOVE THIS DECK!!!
The media could not be loaded. GREAT CARD QUALITY! EASY SHUFFLE! LOVE THE GLOSSY FINISH! THE BOOK IS AMAZING & GIVES GREAT INSIGHT ABOUT THE MOON PHASES & GODDESSES! WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS BOOK/DECK, IS THAT YOU CAN FIND EXACT TIMING ON THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SUCH AS MARRIAGE, JOB PROMOTIONS, ETC. THERE IS ALSO A MOON PHASE CHART THAT EXTENDS TO THE YEAR 2032!!! OVER A DECADE OF PREDICTIONS!!! I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK/DECK TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO FURTHER THEIR KNOWLEDGE IN MOON READINGS, MOON PHASES, ETC. THIS IS THE FIRST & BEST PLACE TO START! -MT

Stunning Cards
These are just beautiful cards! Well designed, love to hold. Sometimes cards come with a coating that makes them feel like they need to be cleaned but these are so well made and packaged! Totally love them. They came quickly with out a hitch.

Best Moon Oracle Deck
I immediately connected with this oracle deck. It has lovely illustrations and a lot of meaning in each card. There are three suits which cover the Moon phases in each element, thirty Moon mansions, and twelve astrological goddesses. I find this oracle deck comparable to the Tarot in many cases. I find myself using this deck when it comes to emotional issues I need help resolving, shadow work, and etc. I feel the love, time, and effort put into these cards.

Useful and informative
I was given the cards by a colleague who had been given them and neither of us knew what they were or how they were to be used. Googling the author, Caroline Smith, made it easy to identify the cards, the book, find the book, and order it. The book is clearly written, easy to understand, and well-organized. I am enjoying working with the cards, finding the insights spot-on. What is interesting is that I have a friend here in Austin, Carolyn Smith, who is an artist. Some sort of serendipity seems to be at work!

Most Beautiful of the Smith-Astrop decks
This is an outstanding oracle in its presentation of lunar phases and mansions. The interpretations of the mansions are cross cultural with an emphasis on the Picatrix, which leads to some skipping around -- which is not a problem. It adds breadth and interest. If the whole set isn't available, it's worth buying the book in English and looking for the cards in another language. This set was printed in Italian, German and French and can be found by the diligent collector at a fairly reasonable price._As noted by another reviewer, there are problems with the lunation tables. Those in the back of the book are almost over (ending in 2015). Still it is a bad idea to use them at all. In 2012, this year, the gibbous and disseminating moons are reversed, and sometimes duplicated. The gibbous moon never follows the full and the disseminating never precedes it. There are other problems with the waning and crescent moon phases. This is a 5 star oracle without that fairly major fault. It is a testament to the high quality of the content and artwork given the errors which seriously undermine the use of the oracle as intended.Since the tables must be adjusted for use in any time zone other than GMT, if one isn't an astrologer it is best to ignore the tables in the back completely and get an astrological almanac or calendar with all 8 phases (not 4).The cards can still be adapted to other uses for cartomancy and reflection like any other oracle, but the model is unique. Lunar/astrological timing is definitely relevant to biology, tides, and weather -- as well as more subtle cycles._It's a shame their oracles are all out of print at this time, as they are outstanding for artwork, depth, and intelligence.* Some publisher should bring all of them back into print for the market that can appreciate them. It's worth paying extra to find this one, or others. I would pay a little extra if any of their works were to be reprinted in good quality, as cards are less profitable than books and suffer the consequences. I hope someone publishes their Magical/Occult Tarot visible only on their Elemental Tarot website. [....]I have seen two copies of The Moon Oracle in English. One is better printed than the other, with some variation in the colors of the card backs. It doesn't harm the deck as one to work with, but relevant to those who collect for aesthetic reasons.*Elemental TarotMoon OracleOracle of the Radiant SunRunic Tarot'Mystic Meg Tarot' [or] Mystic Tarot PackSmith did the artwork for this set and the Major Arcana are excellent for their rich color, innovative take on traditional imagery, and her unmistakeable aesthetic. The book lacks the depth of the Smith-Astrop collaborations, and the minors are simple pips -- pixellated at that. It was once easily found quite cheap and the Majors are worth it if you appreciate Caroline Smith's artwork and would use the Majors (Courts and Aces) for reading or meditation or Wirth-style. Easiest to find in the UK.

Gorgeous
I really love this! I got this for Christmas and it came with the book and deck. The only flaw is that the future moon charts in the back are not accurate.

Must have deck if you're a moon nut.
Love this deck so much. The book is hands down my favorite deck instructions book. It's super thorough and perfectly thought out. The moon calendar charts go until 2032 and the artwork is gorgeous. It is definitely a mood and I am all about it.

Ordered on Jul1/21 arrived within the month
I ordered a 'used like new' deck and it was probably used for a display copy. The deck was shuffled (easy enough to reset the deck energy by putting them into the correct order, and planning to cleanse, consecrate and charge them with a good sage smoking. So far I'm a little (just a tiny bit) put off by so much info in the book (thick and as large as the box which only has one corner looking a touch pressed in, pressed in but not dented or severely damaged). Figuring out these cards and the method used with them is going to take a lot more time to learn but I think it will be an enjoyable season of lessons to learn them.Because the deck was already shuffled I set about putting them all in order. I thought I'd been 'shorted' the #11 card (Fortuna). I love it when I get a clue and then went to the goddess cards and there she was among the divine feminine. No real surprise though... I often call upon Fortuna as the Goddess of Fortune. All is well, All cards are accounted for (phew), the box is in excellent condition, and the guidebook shows only the first very few pages had been opened so there was a very mild crease.Overall I am pleased. We'll see if I have any problems and I'll post about them here in the future if there are any issues.
