Like many of the other reviews say these will pinch if you are using them kind of turned to the side. If you hold them straight down they won't pinch you. These are absolutely amazing though. I used these instead of a foam roller on my legs after leg day after a very long weight lifting hiatus. They are worth every penny. I was literally dragging myself up and down stairs at work the day after leg day. Used these that night and the next day (which is usually the worst soreness wise) I was feeling so much better. Seriously must buy. 1000x better than a foam roller and so much easier to use!

Amazing! No hair getting caught up etc like others have mentioned, just one incident of scratching that's when the roller wasn't held/rolled correctly n was tilted all the way to the side from its vertical axis, that's when it was a slight scratch the person getting their back massaged felt. But definitely easier than using your hands and thumbs, feels great and if you're giving a family member a massage it's so effortless and easy to do so and everyone loves it.

Make sure if you are using these massagers to help with the result of Bell Palsy that you have the correct facial points for the 7th cranial nerve which causes the palsy. An OT person should be able to show you were they are.
