On time in excellent shape and when it was promised. It doesn't get any better...
I was nervous about the seller because of multiple negative reviews, but I took the plunge. I received exactly what I ordered in what appears to be perfect/new condition. The price was better than I expected when I started shopping and it arrived earlier than I expected (by half a day). I don't know that you can ask for anything more.

Super fast
I bought the HP 460 G11 laptop which is an excellent PC although I purchased it from a different vendor. Beautiful anti glare screen, very fast system with the Intel Ultra 7 processor which Intel advertises as being ready for AI due to the number of parallel threads and a firm keyboard. The ad states that this PC has DDR5 memory which you definitely want versus some other configurations which have the older, slower DDR4 memory. However, the ad for these systems doesn't specify whether the DDR5 memory is the faster 5600 mhz versus the slower 4800 mhz.Note that the PC has 2 type C USB ports and 2 type A but 1 of the USB C ports is used to connect the power supply. The fingerprint reader works great and an increasing number of apps such as Amazon.com at least when using Firefox let you sign in using your fingerprint rather than having to type in a password.Be careful with the ad for this listing. The configuration blocks in the listing which let you order different configurations has some typos. All 3 blocks are listed as being model 465 but when you click on 2 the configuration summary states that they have Intel Ultra 7 processors. Model 465 is the HP designation for sub models which have the AMD Ryzen 7 processor. I'm also skeptical of the option which shows that the 32 GB model is more expensive than the 16 GB model.
