Not bad
We used it to try and remove Ronseal diamond grey garage floor paint that was put down years ago. Some of the paint had been removed over the years for it flaked and became an eye sore. We put down the stuff, covered it with cling film for at least 6 hours plus then power washed it off. The second photo is after the third application and power wash, the third photo is after the 1st application and power washing. It is good and does remove this water based acrylic paint but some is stubborn and may never come away however I’m glad I purchased this and used it for it definitely removed a lot of years old floor paint on concrete. We will shortly be putting on a fourth application and then washing that off but paint removal from concrete is not easy but this has definitely made a difference. Would recommend for this purpose.Update the first photo is after a fourth application in stubborn areas and power wash. Pleased with result I will not be treating anymore, will just coat with Thompsons concrete sealer.

Great product and good value
I bought this for a wall which had multiple layers of paint on it. It works fine although I think it only penetrates the first 1 or 2 layers. Therefore if multiple coats of paint you do need to scrape away each application before applying another layer of paste. I found also that in direct and midday sun it wasn't very affective however I opted to apply cling film over the paste to stop it drying out which worked very well and I think accelerated the the paint stripping process. Overall I was happy with the product and have bought another 2.5ltr tub as because I have multiple coats to remover it requires moreFinally there appears to be a stubborn acrylic layer of some sort which looks like it is the first layer applied onto the brick originally before the masonary paint was applied which this solution doesn't appear to be breaking down..

Utter rubbish
This simply doesn’t work. I used one full 2.5lt bottle on this wall and it barely scratched the surface, even after leaving it for a whole day and using a power washer to remove the product.I do not deter easily so I got another canister and re applied, this time using even a thicker layer, covering it with cling film, leaving it to work for over 36 hours and then using a power washer to take the product off. I lost £70 and hours of my life that I’ll never get back.

Hard work needed
Yes it does work however, I used it on an old cottage outside wall(s), it requires a lot of hard effort with a wire brush and a decent scrapper plus it would be no where near as effective without a decent jet washer. If you have really old stubborn paint it’s a struggle. Picture is after 2 applications.

Didn't work good

Works on brick with no stain, just clean bricks.
Very happy with this product. Was quoted £500 for this to be professionally removed. This took 2 coats to remove with a 140 bar jet wash from screwfix. Overall time applying, waiting and removing took 6hrs. I waited the minimum of 1hr for the product to start to pickle the paint before i started the removal. The 2.5L done roughly 4 sqr meters twice and had 1/4 left over, applying generously.

removed paint from retaining wall
We have a 0.5m high retaining wall to level a section of our garden- block and render. It was badly painted by the previous owners and part flaking off due to the incorrect type of paint being used. I used this product as directed and it definitely worked, albeit not to the point where it was bubbling/coming off of it's own accord. A scraper removed some, albeit what really got the paint shifted was application followed by the jet washer. It took a bit of persistence, but would not have wanted to do this job without the combination of the two. If I was just scraping it off it would have taken reapplication and hours of scraping. Overall a good product, and I was after something that wasn't overly chemical/toxic with two kids and a dog. With respect to this point, it of course whiffs a bit but is quite easy to work with- obviously suitable precautions still taken.
