I love this sleep aid as it works fairly quickly but doesn't give me a groggy feeling. I only need 1 pill and I can count on it to give me a restful night without ingredients in it I don't need for pain. Non-addicting, I don't take every night but often enough. A big help as it's difficult to get prescription sleep aids now like Ambien. It especially comes in handy when I'm travelling in my RV, or staying at hotels or guest homes as I'm use to my own bed. I've fallen asleep while driving but was fortunate to wake up. Now if I have a long day of driving I take Tylenol PM to insure I get a good nights sleep. Even if you don't need a sleep aid I feel it's good to keep on hand. Even not for everyday use, as it's cheap insurance for a good nights sleep.

I started using these about a year ago! One thing to note, they do expire in about 1-2 years time? This is true whether you're buying these from amazon or a brick-&-mortar. My sleeplessness is usually caused by over-thinking, so I wanted something non-addictive to just help me when I really don't want to waste time *trying* to sleep and dealing with more emotions. These do the trick! At times I'll take one or two pills every day of the week, but then I can go a month without reaching for them, or if I'm actually exhausted, I definitely don't need them to sleep. So it's nice to know that they're really just helping, not hurting, and I feel a lot less guilt about taking them. And at times, when my body really isn't tired or I just really can't stop thinking, I'll end up staying up anyways, it's not like these pills really disable you the way alcohol, cough syrup etc would. They take about 15-20 min to kick in, but if you're out and about getting ready for bed, again you really won't notice a difference until your head hits the pillow.

This gets me to sleep always and i stay asleep. But with the first tier antihistamines it is best to use occasionally as they have by study a increased tendency to cognitive decline in the elderly. Especially when consumed by the elderly with regularity. Though all ages may be at a risk. So that said I will use more frequently melatonin or valerian. But with a real sleeping problem which may surface for me by having to much to do with not enough time to do it all. I stay amped up. Occasionally this is great.

This really helps with my generalized anxiety when trying to sleep when my brain will not be quiet or let me sleep… Plus, I am NOT groggy in the morning, like I am with I take magnesium and/or melatonin. Highly highly recommended!

The best sleep aid with no side effects

Really trust all Tylenol products and rely on them for pain relief since I can't take aspirin. BUT I had the strangest reaction to this product. Instead of making me sleep I laid in bed with my body all jittery. I finally had to get up and sit on couch until the pill wore out.

It helps me sleep longer than other OTC medicine. It is hard to find in the stores.
