3/4 Orthotic Insoles with Arch Support and Heel Cup Fallen Arches, Flat feet

So I'm a postwoman and walk on average 11 miles a day at work. I have been experiencing very painful heals due to walking ( not unheard of in my job😀). So I purchased these insteps. Amazing, they have reduced the pain significantly. I was going to put up an amazing review.... Except I've now worn them for 7 days and I have flattend the insoles, from the pressure of walking , they are no longer giving my feet support and my heals are again killing me. So its initially a fantastic product, but doesn't last.

You do have to get used to wearing these soles which doesn't take long - a few days. Then they are so comfortable and really helped me when I had plantar fasciitis. I have these soles in all of my shoes and still use them even though my feet have recovered.

i originally ordered the small as it was for size 6/8. I am size 6 1/2. But way too small - more like for size 4! Anyway I contacted the seller and I returned them. The seller replaced with Medium size very quickly and they are great so will order more soon. thanks

They are of a good quality and standard but they move about in my shoes, often causing discomfort, even tho I have tried them with and without the shoe's insoles.
