Right earphone snapped off after 2 months
I bought these headphones only 2 months ago and don't even use them every day and already one of the parts of the right earphone was snapped off. This means I can now only listen to them through one ear - which is not ideal after only two months. It's not possible to contact the seller since they only have a one month return policy so I am asking for a refund through Amazon.When it wasn't broken, the sound quality was nothing special but nothing to complain about for £12 and the built in microphone is what sold them to me in the first place. Another positive is that because of how they are made they don't get tangled very easily. Still very disappointing that they broke so soon though.

Good sound, poor build quality.
I purchased these as a replacement to some old earbud headphones. I didn't have a huge budget so these seemed to fit the bill. They arrived in some surprisingly nice packaging, and I was really pleased with the quality of the sound - loud, crisp and clear. The magnetic edges were also handy to keep them together when not in use.A couple of months in and the plastic casing on one of the buds came apart. I was able to clip it back together, but it would come apart pretty easily after that. The wiring then came loose (I think as a result of the casing coming apart) and they stopped working altogether.Overall, I would say they have a decent sound for the price tag, but would advise splashing out on something with a better build quality.

Troublesome for volume control
Within a few hours the product was affecting the volume of my phone drastically, often ramping it down to silent every few seconds which defeated the purpose of these for my commute. Also, crackly sound quality throughout regardless of software/hardware incompatibility

Not very impressed
I had these a week when the left earbud’s cable came out of its socket and the sound stopped working from that ear.Although beautiful and comfortable and comes beautifully packaged, I would expect it to last more than a week

Great until left head phone stopped working
Absolutely loved these until last the my left earphone stopped working..only used them for a month so not very happy with this at all
