Ours has white LED lights, not warm lights
We wanted warm lights, but this came and has bright white/"cool" LED light bulbs rather than "warm" lights like advertised.... that was a little disappointing but not worth sending back. It just clashes with our other "warm" Edison style lights in the house.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered 3 letters for my wedding. The letter “E” that I received was much dimmer than the others for some reason. I reached out to the seller and they sent a replacement immediately, which arrived in just a couple days. The replacement works perfect! Can’t wait to use them on our wedding day.
