If I'd have rated it when I first bought it I'd have given this 1 star; it kept falling out, and living on top of a bramble hill, getting it back was not easy. However, I learned how to ram it into position... Warning over. The battery life, though, is excellent. It does not lose its charge and lasts much longer than the original Bosh that came with the trimmer. Well worth the money and I would buy again... Hence 4 stars.

I didn’t want to have to replace my entire hedge trimmer when the battery went, but this battery fits well and works fine. It is a good idea to tie a length of tape around the battery to secure it once it is slotted into place, as it does sometimes fall out, but that is worth doing for the amount I saved by buying this brand over the manufacturer’s own.

Replaced the original Bosch battery which wouldn't last long at all, 2 mins top. Now the trimmer acts like it had a titanium hip replacement. Hard to state the longevity for now as only used 3-4 times, but for the price, you can't go wrong.

Great battery, came charged, using in a Bosch psr 1440 it takes some jigging to get it to stay in hence only 4 stars but that's expected from a pattern part, once it's locked in then it's great.

Just got it yesterday so can't comment on performance/durability. But it fits nicely into my Bosch AHS41 ACCU hedge trimmer whose original NiCad batteries no longer hold a charge for long. It also charges from the original Bosch battery charger -- 3 hours without getting too hot.Oops! The second time I used it the battery fell out. I tied it to the hedge trimmer with a cloth ribbon and it seems to be working okay, cutting as well as the original NiCad batteries at their prime.

The item doesn't stay inserted in the hedge trimmer, it keeps dropping out every time after using the trimmer for about 10 seconds. It clicks softly into place but loose, not a hard click and stays to stay put.Fast delivery but poor product.

Bosch charge over £90 for their replacement batteries, which can only last if the protocol is followed to the T.If they are used regularly and allowed to run down before recharging they will have a long lifespan is true...but if you drop and break them, overcharge them, leave them dormant for a long period of time, have them stolen etc. £ for £ these copies make sense!

Quick delivery, decent quality item,a little loose fitting but nothing an elastic band didn't cure. Excellent value and worked straight out of the box...
