If you’ve never used them before you give them a bash with your hand, which creates a chemical reaction, instantly making the pack feel ice cold. They probably stay cold for 15/20 mins only so are designed for short bursts of use. They cannot be reused. We bought these to keep in sports bags for hockey when they are needed. Especially useful for away fixtures when further from home. The first aid kit with the team usually has instant ice packs but none of them stay cold for long so having some of your own to reapply is very useful. If you get a knock or a bump keeping the area cold really helps to reduce swelling and aids recovery time. Stick a handful in the sports bags for the whole family. You never know when you’ll need them but when you do you’ll be pleased to have them.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I brought these in October and went to use one last night and none of them work. It’s as if they’ve all already been used. I attempted multiple ones and none worked.

These ice packs have been a game changer for my headaches. They cool quickly, stay cold for a good amount of time, and are comfortable to hold in place. The size is perfect for targeting my forehead or temples, and the soft cover makes them gentle on the skin. Reliable, and they really help ease the pain fast.

The packs are good value for money and there are plenty in the box. Good if you need them regularly like myself. I suffer with facial redness/reactions that make my skin very hot and uncomfortable and these cold packs really help take the edge off. Easy to carry on my person. The packaging is super noisy though but they keep cool for about half an hour before they loose their effectiveness. I usually have to stand on the packet to activate as the back is very hardy and I personally can't set the reaction off with my bare hands, but otherwise they're great. A good addition to any first aid kit!

I suffer from burning feet at night but using these ice packs for 20mins before bed stopped it. The only problem is it's difficult to burst the inner bag.

Kühlen toll (aber nicht lang -da gibt es bessere Hersteller) Schade, dass neun (9) von 25 bereits ausgelöst - also defekt und nicht nutzbar angeliefert wurden. Da wurde auf alle Fälle nicht, wie der Karton es sagt "mit Care gehandled"
