This product was iffy from the word go, the person the bike was for was 17 year old and was 18 on the 5th July, the wheels were funny from the word go, I was disappointed in finding out that the front wheels were detachable, it's the one things didnt want, my grandson had had a bike similar to this 5 years ago, the front wheels came off and my grandson broke his jaw. I, as the grandmother read the instructions on line about this bike and certainly did not realise that this was the case with this bike, since Joseph my grandson has had this bike there's always been a problem one way or another, he's autistic and has taken the bike to a neighbour tonight to see if he could once again "repair" it, the neighbour has said that the bike is irrepairable he's had the bike for 9 weeks, I see that the closing date for a return was 31st July, surely we have a year's guarantee, I've chosen Amazon over other stores over the years for their reliability I am hoping that you can help and guide me in this instance, I'm 76 and disabled so any help would be really appreciated.You're Sincerely.Ann Linton

Damaged in transit from Belgium, so returned. seemed to be a decent build, but had taken a bash en route.
