I sleep with this on to prevent mouth gape and TMJ - works great for that purpose. Material is very thin but supportive enough and not uncomfortable to sleep in. TIP: it comes with fabric pieces that perfectly cover the Velcro parts - if there is any Velcro exposed after you adjust the straps, cut those fabric pieces to cover those areas and it won't get stuck in your hair at all.

Absolute garbage. One Velcro piece came off second time using it, no big deal I just put a safety pin in it's place. Went to use it again and the top Velcro piece that goes on top of the head just came off. Cheap, don't buy

I think is meant more to be a chin uplifting beauty aid and not so much for extended periods of time during sleep to help keep your mouth closed during the nightThe material itself is comfortable enough but can’t wear it all night because it becomes uncomfortable. I don’t think it’s good product for snoring.

Was a little skeptical, but i have been using for 3 weeks now and it working!! At first it is very snug but this has adjustable velcro straps that you can adjust to your comfort.. excellent.

I gifted it to a co-worker to use after I tried it on and wouldn’t stay on my head. It’s not for big heads like mine lol. Looks made well though and very good Velcro and elastic

This chin strap is incredibly soft and comfortable to wear. The material feels gentle on the skin, and it’s easy to adjust for a snug fit. While I haven’t had enough time to see the full effects of how well it works, my initial impression is very positive.So far, so good! I’ll update my review once I’ve had more time to evaluate its effectiveness, but I’m optimistic. If comfort is any indicator, this product is off to a great start!

Maybe my head/face is too big, but this is NOT comfortable! I’ve worn it maybe a handful of times and there’s no way I can wear the strap for more than 15 mins. It cuts into my neck no matter how much I adjust it, and my ears don’t comfortably fit in the ear loops. I’ll try again when I’m 15 lbs down.

I purchased this chin strap mostly to support my jaw. I deal with tmj pain...and I was hoping for pain relief. I wear the strap daily...and I do notice some pain relief. I haven't been wearing it very long, but it has improved the appearance of my jaw line already...so I will definitely continue to use it! It's a good fit, but I will say you may have to be creative in order to keep the velcro from pulling on your hair. The color doesn't make a difference to me, but I do think it's a great value, and it seems durable. I would recommend it to others!
