KEYA® Smart Blood Glucose & Ketone Meter Kit

I don't usually leave reviews but this product is so bad, I felt I had to let people know that it is a complete waste of money. The readings I get are very inaccurate compared to the readings of 2 other brands of meters (see attached photo for an example). I contacted Keya support who told me that you can't compare readings from different meters (this despite the fact that they use the same method and comply to the same standard)! After many more emails, they eventually agreed to test my Keya meter. I contacted them for the first time on 17/09/2018 - it is 24/10/2018 today and I'm still waiting for the results of their tests. Their support seems to be about as effective as their meter! Save your money and buy another brand...
