Excellent mixer. A bit confusing to setup as the messages on the display can be a bit unclear especially when scrolling across as there is a noticeable delay in the refresh rate. There is a cap covering the rear motor attachment which must be securely clicked into place before the machine will run and it’s very easy to overlook and the machine doesn’t make it super clear that’s the problem. So colour marked indicators would have helped (black on black is hard to see).But that aside it’s a great mixer. Does everything you’d want.

First review was rejected as it seems when you speak the truth its not always appreciated, way I see it don't so it then in the first place ...still; here is my new review read between the lines its clear what happened.I purchased the Bosch mixer for £499, which was on sale and promised a 15-day delivery. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the next day. However, upon inspection, I noticed several issues.First, the LCD screen was faulty, scrolling random letters instead of displaying clear text, and the scales were inaccurate. To my surprise, there was no manual included, and the security sticker on the LCD screen was missing. This made me wonder if the item might not be new, especially after contacting Bosch, who confirmed that new units should have both the sticker and the manual.The mixer did perform well when I tested it on the manual setting, producing good dough.I was disappointed by the lack of new product assurances and the inconvenience of returning such a heavy item. I ended up walking to the shop, (14 a mile) with my daughter carrying the mixer for me, as I have had previous surgery. (which was made clear when I asked for it to be collected from home) If I buy again it will be from an alternative supplier one that covers me if it needs to be returned plus to ensure what I received was new.Though it made good dough, I’m not convinced that the price justifies the quality, especially for a product that didn’t seem to be in new condition.I have since made dough by hand and its faster to be fair so maybe its a good thing I was messed around.

Once we figured out that we needed to take a sticker off of the command center, the mixer was easy to use. I hate reading instructions, and I did it all on the fly. My husband and I researched for many days before deciding on this mixer, and we are not disappointed.

I like the Sensor technology added to its features, it means that things are done professionally. However, I think there could be the DIY function where you get to decide how things should be done.For example, I want to make an American buttercream, how do I do that when buttercream isn't listed in the drop downs? I have tried using the cake mixture function to get the result...The user manual is not much of a help without writeups(just numbers and signs mostly)In all, I love the capacity and because I am a Bosch fan seems like I'm stock with it even though I'd rather have one with a Free style operation.

Now I’m no expert in the kitchen and the most fancy thing we bake is probably butterfly buns, but this Bosch mixer has made is want to be more experimental.So far we’ve needed dough for pizzas, baked a Victoria sponge cake and make some more…butterfly buns!In the box you receive the mixer with bowl attached, along with 3 different mixing attachments.The build quality is excellent, it oozes premium quality and it’s heavy and very sturdy. All the attachments and metal bowl are as equally well made.Using the machine was a bit daunting at first. I had no idea what I was doing, but a quick flick through the book and a look online to see what to make and I was away.First up was making some dough for making pizzas. Measuring all the ingredients is a doddle as it has an integrated scales. After measuring out each ingredient, you just zero the scales again and measure the next ingredient. You can also put a bowl on the top of the mixing arm and weigh out your ingredients if the bowl is full. So essentially you have 2 different ways to weigh your ingredients!Once your ingredients are in, you attach the relevant mixing attachment (the hook for pizza dough) and pull the top down. You can manually set the mixer to mix the dough or you can use one of the integrated setting for dough and let it work through the program. It’s very simple! It’s pretty much a plug and play machine, it’s awesome!!All the accessories are dishwasher safe too so you can just put everything in there once you’ve finished.Overall, this machine is amazing, especially if you do a lot of baking or mixing.It’s well made, simple to use and does a great job!I especially love the weighing scales function. Being able to do everything with the one machine is so handy. The fact that there’s a scales for the bowl and a scales on the top of the machine is genius. This allows you to prep other ingredients as you’re mixing.All the setting are great too, giving you lots of options for mixing programs. Along with its built in timer, which I found it useful as I was able to multitask and not worry about having to keep check of the mixer.Whilst we use it for very basic things in our kitchen, it has made us want to use it more and explore different things to make.If you’re looking for a professional mixer, then this one won’t disappoint!

Comes with 10 years motor & housing warranty.Quite big and rather heavy to move around with bowl capacity of 5.5L!Easy to operate with small(ish) side digital screen.Build-in scale makes it easy to measure ingredients.Rather loud on high speed but there is really powerful motor(1600W) in this amazing machine.It mixed perfect, well aired, yeast dough for Polish yeast cake with plums.I love it already. Highly recommended.
