Works for me and Vivienne Claire the Pug!
The media could not be loaded. We go to a lovely lake a Oak Mt State Park in Pelham, AL, and this board is plenty roomy and comfortable for us both. Viv weighs 15 pounds and I weigh 135, height 5’ 7” for reference to how much weight is on the board. It’s quite sturdy and could easily handle more weight. In comparison to a hard board I have, which is 10’ 6” and 31” wide, it’s a slower ride and at times a little more difficult for me to navigate if the wind picks up. But that can be the nature of an inflatable and may be more rider dependent. What I love about this inflatable? The seller is in country and has resources to great replacement parts, which I haven’t needed yet and don’t expect to.😊 This board is super well made, and to me the top is totally impervious to Viv’s toenails. Anyone who knows Pugs know they hate toenail trims, so nails may be a little long before you schedule that next trim between paddle board time.I’m really impressed with the quality of the board, its accessories, and the honest ease of loading and unloading and reloading on trips out with this board. It gave me freedom to enjoy paddle boarding without a lot of hassle and at the drop of a hat. I don’t have to have help to load and unload. So ladies, this is lightweight and super easy to manage. Nineteen to twenty pounds is far less cumbersome than dealing with 30-40 pounds spread over 10 1/2 feet.Everything was well packaged to protect the board and accessories. It was double boxed, which is a must for this type of item. Everything was included as described including the matching board ankle leash! From reading Q&A’s, I didn’t think it was included and may not have been at some point. It was in my package.***A MUST PURCHASE for maximum fun and efficiency !**** Just go ahead and buy an electric pump that inflates AND deflates. Who wants to be tired before you start? And if you happen to be carrying your dog, it’s less time in the heat and more time on the water. By the time you set everything up to get out on the water, your board is inflated. If loading up to go home, your board is deflated completely so you can fold it up and put it in the car/SUV/truck in about 90 seconds flat (or less).***ANOTHER MUST PURCHASE*** PSA: If you take your dog with you, please get your dog a life jacket! Amazon is loaded with them! If you topple over, you have arms to grab the board; your dog doesn’t. (Pugs and plenty other dogs aren’t known for their swimming prowess.) And honestly if you get out on a lake with any board, get a life jacket for yourself. This board is great, but no board (hard or inflatable) is worth betting your life on ESPECIALLY if you ever paddle board on a large lake that allows boats or jet skis even if you stay near the shore. Unconscious people don’t swim.

Such a great Paddleboard. Happy I took the leap (read for user guidance in set up)
Um...best buy I have made..this board is beautiful...had a few flaws on the top..like glue or something but I don't personally care because they are small. This board is HUGE! Both me and my boyfriend fit on it comfortable and just take turns paddling. Very stable, not sure if its the best for beginners only because it is very light which can make it wobbly and not super good for open ocean paddling unless you have great balance or are experienced. It was very easy to assemble...just takes about 15 min and it is a work out! I keep mine inflated and just store in my garage.Note about when inflating! When it seems like it's getting full, keep going...the PSI reader on the pump won't start moving until you feel like you are going to pop it...you won't and it actually takes a lot of muscle to get it up to 15psi....i did it between the reccomendations personally. The reader is not broken like some have said, they just aren't pumping it full enough to get a read.Note about the paddle! Not my favorite design personally but does make sense for storage reasons. You will need an Alan tool to TIGHTEN the top handle...it is NOT broken like some have said, it simply just needs a little tightening and I reccomend keeping the tool in the bag because it does loosen with use. It does not come with this tool and the size is off on standard options sold in store so if you have to buy one. Bring the paddle and make sure it fits before buying. The board is super light! Easy to bring to and from car and load up ontop. It is difficult to maneuver when windy though..Buy this if you are looking and aren't sure. Its a great product in every way and worth the money to me ♡

Great value, all positive so far.
We were shopping around for a SUP for a while, but because this was our first entry into SUP we didn't want to spend a ton of money, but we also didn't want to buy something of poor quality. The Drift had everything we were looking for: lightweight, backpack, ankle strap, good paddle, and good straps in the front and middle. We were reassured and sole when we saw this is made by Bote, so at least we could go to them if something went wrong. So far we've used them about a half-dozen times and have enjoyed it. Everything seems to be of good quality. The foam pad on top is peeling back a bit on the edge in a couple of spots, but I think a strong glue will fix it. The pump does a great job...takes 10 minutes to inflate manually, though we're getting an electric pump. The last time out I did hear a small air leak near the seam of the air hole. We went out on the lake anyway and didn't notice any air loss. If it continues we plan to use a strong seal glue or contact Bote for advice.I think this is a great quality SUP for anyone looking to get into the activity without committing too much money.

Good all-around SUP
I have a lot of experience with SUPs and had a hard board for years, paddling a lot of miles on lakes and coastal areas. Picked up two of these for the family to use we tried it out last weekend on a lake. I was pleasantly surprised. The board is pretty stable and slips through the water better than I thought it would. It also tracks pretty straight due to its 3 fins. It's almost tough to turn because of that. It is quite a bit of effort to pump up though. Doesn't take a lot of time but requires some effort, especially if you have 2 of them to do like I did. I worry about the longevity of the plastic pump considering how much hard pushing is involved. But I have 2 pumps now so if 1 breaks I still have 1 left. And will consider getting an electric pump in the future. The paddle is kind of heavy and clunky but that's to be expected. If you really like paddling, invest in a carbon fiber paddle at some point. Fortunately I still have mine. Deflating is easy and everything fits in the bad easily. Not sure how long the board will hold up but so far I'm really impressed with it.
