Our miniature dachshund Ponyo LOVES her Kindtail crate and bed. We’ve had it since we brought her home last year, and she cannot sleep without her bed. She is full grown now, and still fits perfectly in the smaller crate. We are going glamping this year, and is glad that the crate is easily collapsible and light weight so we could bring it along. We also love the look of it and how nicely it goes with the aesthetics of our home. Would definitely recommend!

Chloe loves her Kindtail! Easy to assemble, clean, and way better looking than a standard crate. We also love the fact that it comes with a comfy bed and its collapsible for travel!

I wanted to give this five stars because it’s an awesome product. But since I received it missing 2 clips and it took a week to get those I wasn’t able to use it when I needed it. But the items very well made, lightweight, perfect size for traveling, and I feel my puppy is safe in it. If quality control was better then I would have been able to use for what I had planned and given it a 5 star review. We’ll see how it goes next trip and I’ll update.

Awful flimsy design. Cheapest plastic. When you finally get it together the door and hinges are so loud and awkward. Not portable and easy. Returned for all the above and price.

Updated Review: 10/11/2024 The founder of this company reached out to me and extended a full refund. KindTail also explained although the plastic seems flimsy it is very strong. I appreciate the explanation of how it was designed in order to fully collapse and to be light enough to comfortably transport. I was offered the size up but declined because of space. This company will work with you and make good on all their products. I am changing my review to 5 stars because they work hard on customer satisfaction.Not only is the product flimsy for the price point, the recommended size was uncomfortable for my dog. I was unable to return the dog crate because I missed the return window by a few days. I would not recommend this product at this price point. Not worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. Safe to say she likes her new crate. I had to find a smaller/collapsible crate because I’m a travel nurse and her regular crate was too big and taking up too much space when I pack up my car. This works so much better. Although it’s not as big as what she’s used to, she adapted well. It was easy to set up & seems like it’s decent quality. Overall, happy with this option.

Item did not come with bed as advertised. Also, the kennel is not easy to lock and open. Would not purchase again.
