Great Phone for Money
I have been overall pleased with this phone, as a tmobile customer it works in most areas. It did seem to struggle when roaming in comparison to my wifes tmobile sponsored Samsung.

OS has some minor annoying issues, other than that, I love this phone it's a beast.
Pros: extremely tough, I've dropped this thing allot and zero damage so far. The battery is just insane. It's charges pretty quick with the supplied charger. Hit and miss with other fast chargers. If it's not fast charging, it's painfully slow. Even with gaming and watching you tube the battery lasts 2 days from a full charge. The processor seems decently quick. I experience lag every once in a while but usually when the battery is low and charging always fixes that. The thermal camera is way awesome. I use it at work all the time for electrical diags and cooling system diags. It also has a phenomenal IR night vision camera you can see clearly even in pitch black darkness up to about 10 or so feet. Farther when I use my IR flashlight. Haven't bought any of the Accessories like the microscope or boroscope but will soon. The camera is really awesome. Great quality front and back. Cons: 1: volume issues: When you're watching a video and your phone rings or you get a notification, the video volume raises up to the same as what you've set the others for. 2: screenshot sound: screenshot shortcut is power button with volume down keys pressed simultaneously. It's fairly easy to do this accidentally. Not a big deal except it makes a camera shutter sound at a fairly loud volume. There's no way to turn it off or silence it. Apparently it's how the default Android ROM is releases and the devs have to add functionality to this. 3: fb Messenger calls: when receiving Facebook Messenger calls, it rings but does not show an answer button on the screen. Just the lock screen. Even after unlocking it's still not in the notification bar. You have to unlock your phone, open the app and only then will you see a button across the top of your conversation that says return to call. This might be a problem on Facebooks side of things and I'm gonna leave a review on play store for that.

Very durable phone that has the FLIR licensed camera
I had a CAT S61 phone with the FLIR camera for over 8 years but it was just running too slow. Found the ulefone Armor 27T Pro that also has the FLIR licensed camera. Battery life is outstanding - recharging once every 5 to 7 days depending on usage. Overall speed is much faster than my old phone and this has tons of onboard storage even before adding the SD card. Phone is physically large - so be aware of that. Display is very good and the size also helps with that.

It's just not a good smartphone at all.
Not very good smartphone at all. The touch screen is horrible and the phone itself is incredibly slow. Anything that requires you to tap near the edge of the screen is almost impossible to actually trigger. So essentially anytime you try to do something that has a button down in the corner of the screen like send an email or post a comment or send a text it is incredibly difficult most of the time because no matter how many times you tap the button it simply doesn't work. Half the time you end up completely erasing anything you've written in the message you want to send because the the phone confuses what you're trying to do and thinks you're trying to go back one screen instead of actually doing what you wanted to do. It's so slow I have to restart once or twice a day just to make it so it's actually usable. Flashlight is horrible. Have yet to find a situation where it's actually even remotely bright enough. Every single smartphone I've ever had has been a lot brighter than this one. And the battery life is absolutely nothing like what's advertised. Yes you can use your phone all day but it's not some super battery like they claim. I have to charge my phone every night or I'll run out the next day. Sure that's usually what you have to do with a normal smartphone but this was supposed to be more than that when it came to the battery. As far as the thermal camera: I guess.. well... yes, it's gotthat. It's the reason why I bought this particular phone. Is it a good thermal camera, versatile enough that I can actually get some good use out of it for a lot of different things? No. Not at all. The phone is incredibly durable though. I'll give them that. I mean seriously this thing is a tank. That's why I'm giving it two stars instead of one. The truth is this is just a gimmick phone that they're selling. They literally took a very cheap smartphone, put a thermal camera on it, and put it inside of a really durable case. Think about a really cheap prepaid smartphone from like Walmart or something in a really tough case. That's literally all this is. I definitely regret buying it. Update: I really have tried to give this phone a chance. Yes it is extremely durable, but that is the ONLY good thing about this phone. The touchscreen is an absolute nightmare. It barely works at all. The camera is horrible. The light is horrible. The battery lasts about 8 minutes longer than a regular battery. The infrared camera is almost useless. I will NEVER buy another phone from this company. All that said, customer service not bad

Big fan of the brand
Upgraded from a Ulefone Power Armor 13 due to battery deterioration. Only had it a few days but it's great. The side buttons are tighter than my old one and the overall fit and finish is awesome. I like the better 3.5mm jack location and plug covers. The night vision is rad. I got it for the FLIR and it's worth it. And still having the side connection for the endoscope is must as a mechanic. I expect to be just as or even happier with this in the long term as I was with the 13. Only complaints I have are with Android settings but that's not Ulefones fault. Highly recommend this brand

Worth every penny
I purchased this phone to replace a dying "rugged" phone. I've been using it every day since purchase and love it. It's been very rugged for my uses and has great features. The battery really does last, and with minimal use will last days on end. Typical android software is very easy to use. Compared to other phones I've had this is a top contender. Price, functions, and finish are excellent. It is a little bigger than most phones, both size and weight, but it's a comfortable fit in your hands. Not the best pocket carry, but I try to keep it on back pocket or elsewhere anyways. I will definitely be getting another ulephone when it's time.

DM-Varity Corruption Detected, This device cannot be trusted...
EDIT: as of 9-16-2025 Had a rough time with the phone... Went ahead to process a return and figured, that's it... Daniel, a representative of Ulefone (after-sales?) reached out to find out more about the issue. Was very professional, asked a lot of questions in regards to the phone, steps taken and how we attempted to resolve the issue. Took the time to understand my frustration, I really appreciate it. I understand retail is a whole different animal and dealing with people like me I imagine is a strain but Daniel was very understanding and kept professional throughout the entire ordeal. I am very grateful of Daniel's professionalism and for taking the time to help me. Daniel deserves a pay raise. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Got this as a replacement for my wifes DooGee V20 Pro Phone came in unopened box, had everything I expected. Phone out of the box did NOT startup correctly. Out of box, Screen flashes orange and showed "DM-Varity Corruption Detected and Cannot Be Trusted" in hard to read tiny text on the Ulefone splash screen then it shutdown. I assumed it just needed setup and updated. The setup took multiple attempts. After the setup was complete I attempted to run updates. After the updates were complete the phone restarted multiple times without actually loading the OS, wouldn't get past the splash screen. I managed to get the phone to load and attempted to reset to factory settings at least 40 times before it actually reset. I made attempts to get help with this product through Ulefone and Amazon but unfortunately the only option they provided is to return it for a refund, no replacement was offered. This is sadly disappointing as I was looking at this phone for a while. I even considered the Armor 28 Ultra Thermal but with the lack of support and a corrupted device NEW out of box, I can honestly say that I will not make the same mistake with Ulefone again. I just can't recommend this to anyone. What a terrible experience.
