If you have a local Walmart you can have 4oz jars shipped free of charge from their online website to your nearest Walmart. Costs $4. 67 per jar. You just have to become a member no strings attached. People are paying stupid prices on Amazon for this item, even worse on eBay.... Why?

It is from Wisconsin. It's a large jar of yeast. I did not find the price to be ridiculous and cannot answer your illegal price gouging comment.
