These came long dated (mine are stamped 2024 as the expiry) and are teeny tiny, so easy to swallow. I kept 3 boxes for myself and gave 3 to my daughter, because whilst she is a financial leech, I am willing to rise above it all and share my inexpensive medicine with her. I do recommend taking these at least 15 minutes before you expose your face to the outside elements - I took one as I was walking out the door one morning and suffered all the way to work. And then suffered AT work, but that's coz I don't like my job rather than anything to do with hayfever. Only thing I did find was that on very high pollen days, this medication doesn't do as well. I found I still sneezed and had quite itchy eyes, but in all fairness I have yet to find a nonprescription medicine that works 100% of the time, regardless of the pollen count. Definitely worth the purchase (£6 for 6 months of meds works for me) and a great back up in case you run out of more expensive stuff or you can't get your prescription on time.
