I smoked for 35 years, tried various methods to quit. 10 years ago I was given a vape, and within 24 hours, I was off cigarettes.. now I'm at a point where I need to quit vaping.. I ordered this product along with one that hangs on a necklace.. I don't like the other one.. I also bought Nicorette inhalers. I was very skeptical on this inhaler, it's mint ... I always vaped caramel.. but I gave it a chance.. my plan is to slowly faze the vape out. I bought caramel candies and suckers. At the same time, I'm trying to lose weight.. I haven't used my vape in 3 days now- not how I planned this to go.. Obviously now I'm not skeptical.. it works. Gives me a small throat hit - and having a Werthers when using the inhaler, tones down the mint.. Periodically through the day, I'll need to use the Nicorette inhaler also. Honestly, it's really worth a try. But definitely need Nicorette I feel.. I am really impressed!

As a long time smoker who has gone to vapes and back to smoke many times but never been able get off nicotine. Even tried gum and patches. I have to leave a good review because I am finally off Nicotine!!! What I really like about these is they taste good but don't clog your lungs like a cigarette or vape. It isn't rough and you can puff on it all day and won't get sick. You can't overpuff these and get sick like a vape would do or smoking to many cigs in a row. You cam literally keep this in your lips and puff on it and it'll feel just like a vape is supposed to feel. No hurt lungs, no excess mucus, no pain. I'm beyond amazed by how this little thing has been much better than smoking. The nicotine cravings are very easy to curb with this as it leaves a present taste in your mouth and the fact you have to take a drag to use them it helps. Habits like driving and smoking has been the easiest thing for me to drop cuz I just leave one of these in my mouth and drive around with the window up puffing this thing and it's a better experience than smoking and driving. Now the hardest thing for me to curb was smoking a cigarette while taking a poop in the morning. I don't know why but that was the main craving I failed for a week. But I did get through it and have finally quit smoking. I recommend trying these out if you want to stop smoking, especially if smoking hurts

This flavour is actually nicer than the others and gives more of a menthol sensation, the all black looks nicer, all in all a decent substitute 🌹🎶🐦‍⬛

I don't know what I was thinking, but honestly you're better off just using a damn straw. The flavor is terrible. Honestly did nothing to curb cravings or satisfy the habitual motions of smoking. Felt nothing like a cigarette, couldn't even hold it like a cigarette. Don't waste your money.
