great set for younger kids. works great

We had to return our original set because there was something wrong with the blue one, causing a nonstop static sound. The second set has worked well. They're easy to use and easy to charge. I think they're a great thing for kids to use and may work well on a cruise as well.

I got these for my daughters to play with and they are a bit disappointing. The range is not great and the quality of transmission is not great either.

These walkie talkies work shockingly well for the price. My kids like the little call button and chatting back and forth, and the built in flashlight has been a hit. Theyre having a ton of fun. The sound quality is decent but not perfect.My one complaint is that the lanyards are not "breakaway" style, but they are removable so we just don't use them.

These walkie talkies work best indoors. The range is good, and the sound is ok, but you have to talk slowly and clearly or it doesn't transmit well. It's perfect for low energy games, like telling stories from across the house. Its not great for loud rowdy games, like lost in space. They look cute, especially the kitty antenna. They are easy to operate and feel like they will hold up to use. They run on batteries, and incredibly, come with the batteries!! And a little screwdriver for removing the screw to install the batteries! I am beyond impressed that this set comes with everything you need to set it up. It also comes with lanyards, but the blue one was stained and looked pretty gross. I threw them both out. Overall, the kids really enjoy playing with these walkie talkies and I'm glad I got them.

Though I am a little bit disappointed that these aren’t rechargeable, they do come with batteries of their own. They’re super cute and super easy to use, I think that they would make a great gift for any 5 to 8-year-old! My six-year-old absolutely loves them! So far so good on clarity & quality!

My 5 yr old boy loves this set of walkie talkies! It is easy to use since the buttons are straight forward. It has decent range when there are no barriers between the two units. We did find that if one unit is in a car, and the other one is outside, the units cannot communicate. The design is very cute. I would recommend this as a kid's first walkie talkie!
