Powerful menthol crystals. Very few crystals required in a basin of hot water to steam blocked sinuses open or help clear a congested chest. Well worth keeping in your medicine cabinet.

Crystals contained in a bag inside the jar and had melded together. Because the jar is plastic and had been lying on its side during this period it was possible to squeeze slightly and remove the bag. I’ve just been using the small individual crystals so far and they are very good. If the time comes it should be possible to crush the melded crystal mass easily enough and release more crystals. Very strong and good quality - cleared my sinus issues quickly when one or two crystals were dissolved in hot water.

Amazing product very good for steam inhalation to clear blocked noses.

These crystals are very powerful. I bought them to help clear my sinus infection, they really helped. Just remember to only use a tiny amount or it will blow the top of your head off. Also great for putting a couple into a nice relaxing bath to get them mixed with the steam. Recommended

I bought 2 of these. The first one lasted three weeks while I was using it at night to breath in and improve my breathing. I then opened the second which released a nasty smell not on menthol but a rotten rubber smell. I traced this to its plastic bag which I emptied into the pot. I smelt the bag and realised that was the source. However when I shelled the crystal they smelt so badly of the bag I threw them away. Of course Amazon refunded the second bottle but didn’t confirm to me that it was tell the seller and manufacturer that they have problem.

It has a very strong smell and aroma. Great for clearing congestion when you have a cold. It works well as expected.

I use these for our steam sauna, a tiny little shards goes a long way. It's very potent

Very strong,grade a quality mental crystals!! Not sure if they’re edible, but you can melt them into some coconut oil and make a topical for muscle soreness and pain pain🔥🔥
