3/4bore V-Groove 4step Pulley by Chicago Die Casting

Q: What are the step dimensions for the 4 step pulley 3/4 bore?

The pulley I have looks just like this one 4 step, 3/4" bore, 3/16" = width of key way. Outside diameter of each pulley = 2", 2 1/2", 3 1/2", 4" inches. Manufactured by Chicago Die Casting.

Q: Is this an indexing pulley? Will it work with a wood lathe indexing pin? For old Sears 113.23850 wood lathe.

There are no indexing holes drilled into the pulley.

Q: is there enough metal to safely bore the centre out to 1 inch ?

I'm not an expert on this, but the 4 step pulley is keyed. And, I don't think boring it out from 3/4" to 1" could be done safely if you still need it keyed. That's my two cents.
