Flavor good, but....
Very, very tough to get off a bite. Had a lot of un-chewable grizzle too. I much prefer the brisket jerky. That said, the flavor is unique and tasty.

This stuff is insane.
Easily one of the top two store-bought jerkys I have ever had, great texture and flavor. If I want something a little tougher my other top two is No Mans Land. No clear winner, just depends on the mood. This beats the heck out of the rest of the gas station jerky.
