Simply mix each sachet with water for a delicious, healthy and convenient meal on the move. Each 55g serving provides 18g of protein and 3.6g of fibre to keep cravings at bay and boasts 22 vitamins and minerals, including 38% of your daily vitamin D needs for a strong immune system and 27% of your calcium requirements for healthy bones.

Directions
Empty one Body Design sachet (55g) into a shaker bottle or water bottle. Add 250-300ml of cold water (adjust the amount of water to suit your taste). Shake that thing like a polaroid picture and make sure it's mixed thoroughly. We recommend consuming 1 serving in place of a regular meal. As part of an energy restricted diet, we recommend replacing 2 meals per day to contribute to weight loss.

Too watery and tastes artificial.
Bought it in superdrug, but came on Amazon to look at the reviews. The shake is very watery, tastes artificial and too sweet. Terrible aftertaste. It doesn't keep the hunger away and it doesn't fill you up. Not nice in any sense. Will not buy it again, and will not recommend it. ps I bet my paycheck the 4 reviews before mine are fake
