Super super sploofy!, does the job and does it good. Cartridge lasted about a month and half before having to buy a 3 pack,.. Only gripe is the price of the 3 pack refills - £25 would be nice (hint hint 😂) a++++

So I use a dry herb vape I also believe it has the new filter type. But I'm unsure of that I'm only saying that as it has mesh on the top. Erm it seemed to work for a day or so. I don't vape too often either. As all the video reviews show it definitely hides smoke. I tried it with a normal cigarette for a couple of puffs as I sat outside snd there was next to no cigarette smoke coming out the end. But when I use my dry herb. Theres no smoke but The room still stinks. It may be hard for dry herb users to smell this if they remain in the same room they smoke in. But I use it in my bathroom. And smoke my normal tobacco outside. So I used the vape. Went outside for a cigarette and when I entered my house I could smell the dry herb vape smells. So yeah it's pretty much useless for me. As I have recently moved and was hoping to stop the neighbours complaining. I don't know if it's the brand or if the sploof thing is just a gimmick that gets rid of the smoke. But in my experience if it's the smell you want gone this isn't it. Additional. So after leaving a review the main guy got in touch with me and offered different filters. It's been a week or so since i began with the different filters and there's definitely improvement. You have to make sure you clean the mesh filter regularly in order to prevent moisture build up and it leaking into the cardboard sides. As long as you do this each day the filter does as its supposed to. I've used it for dry herbs I'll also add since I left the 1st review I did use a competitor product. And the von sploof outshine that one in every where.

just get a smoketrap or a sploofy, both cost the same but outperform by a long shot, though still miles better than smokebuddy. this thing worked for maybe 3 weeks until the cardboard filter shell broke down because guess what it was soggy and wet! who’dve forseen that happening! since then air seeps out of the cracks where the 2 halves of the outer case click together, essentially making it very ineffective and i learned that the hard way. i’ve since chosen to buy a smoketrap to replace this instead of a 3pk of filters as i genuinely don’t think 3 of those filters should cost more than £10 max, and i dont want to use a sploof that will inevitably fail because it can’t withstand getting wet from repeatedly breathing through it. I got this product after having it go completely missing in my order for over a month and being refunded around the same time, and i still would rather i hadnt gotten this thing as i wouldn’tve known what it’s like to play russian roulette every time i exhale into the vonsoloof, waiting to find out if the smell was actually filtered or if i was going to bless the entire house with the unfiltered awful smell and ruin the day

These seem to be the old style ones. Not happy as it didn't state this.

After posting my initial review, I was contacted by the seller who provided a solution. I have been sent some replacement filters that have been upgraded to have more activated carbon inside and a mesh screen at the top. They also fit better into the top of the sploof and have finally made the product into a good working one. I am much happier with the new vonsploof filters and am finding her product to be working very well. I use a sploof every day and am finding this to be reliable. Original review: I have tried vonsploof, smoke trap + and sploofy and the vonsploof is the worst of them all. I found that the filters let a lot of the vapour out of the end so the construction of the filter must be bad as there are areas the vapour can pass through. The filter is press fit and friction held in the top under the mouthpiece. This doesn’t produce a good seal and therefore allows smoke and vapour through. Over time the fitment of the filter becomes loose too even though the filter is still fine. Won’t be buying this again, quite expensive for something that doesn’t work so there is not much value for money in these if they can’t even stop the smell or smoke completely like the other sploofs can.
