This is an excellent, fun and easy piece of exercise equipment. Made well and does as it suggests. I purchased a second one new off of eBay for a friend at half the price. I love the piece but suggest getting it on EBay for the savings.

It helps decrease the level of my back pain after one week of use. Very easy to clean up after using it for my workout.The materials are very sturdy and it was really simple to put together and use. I could also improve my arm strength!!10/10 nice product.

Got this for my husband and he loved using. Compact, easy to use and convenient for multi-tasking. (He enjoyed doing the cycling mode while playing video games.) But, the resistance straps that come with it aren't the sturdiest. He was using the machine for about a month when one of the straps/bands snapped mid-use. Super lucky it didn't snap him in the foot/leg! We returned it even though using the straps is only a small part of using this machine. If you're not interested in the arm exercises its a great machine.Also, don't expect much help from the "instructional" DVD that comes with it. It's essentially the same promo video that plays in the listing. Doesn't actually provide any instruction, but at least it demonstrates the different functions. Not a value add in any way.

I'm a guy who is overweight I started using this doing the exercises. And no didn't get results instantly obviously but I definitely felt it in my arms back chest and leg areas all spots I wanted to improve in. This thing definitely has potential to get you to a goal you want to mine to lose weight better health and shape and I know months of using this. DEFINITELY will happen. BUY THIS for sure if wanna work out at home wanna lose weight get in shape and all that now obviously work diet too. I'll tell you how it all went months later I'm starting at 315 pounds now. So in few months of using this as well as diet I'll let you know

This does what it’s supposed to. However the bars with the foam rollers are uneven. This results in uneven pressure on my back and belly when doing pushups and sit ups. I can still use it but it is frustrating.

This equipment has been assembling to be used. There are many simple ways to do exercises, as the picture shows. I following the pictures to do few exercise. I am able to work out with this AB crunch and love the different levels of the adjustments. I am beginner at work out, I believe this AB crunch will be good equipment for me to start work out in the regular basic.

This was a really pleasant product to use until first, about a year in, one of the bands ripped and snapped on my husband hitting him on his foot. This was painful for two days-- luckily the injury was not serious-- and then today a spring broke while doing push-ups.The product just isn't sturdy enough, and a product like this can really hurt someone.This is why I am writing this review.
