Good product. Easy install. Trained our dog to use it and works well.

It's extremely helpful during potty training. I found that placing the button on the door teaches my dogs to scratch the door itself and was harder to train to do it.. but we opted to place the button on the floor by the door, they just step on it when they want to go out. The variety of bell chime sounds and volumes is great. With some training and patience, we haven't had a single accident in the house since! Highly recommend.

Great in theory and easy to set up and there’s different sounds and volumes to choose from but ended up not working for my dog. Perhaps if we kept trying it would have but she didn’t get it. I’m giving it 4 stars because although it didn’t work for my dog and us, it probably would have if we kept trying so I would still recommend to give it a try.

This unit is a pretty cool alternative to the usual bells one hangs by the door for potty training. It's a flexible, and stylish alternative. We're techies, so having something a little less "analogue" than a strip with bells on it is right up our alley. All three of my dogs are potty trained, but they each have their own, quirky way of letting us know. I thought this might be a good way to provide a consistent signal that they all could get on board with. The older ones actually caught on the fastest and the youngest took a little bit. But now, we've got a pretty good signal that can be heard by either of us to let someone out. It's worked pretty well so far. PROS: • The trigger unit is non-battery powered so it can be stuck anywhere • The range from the trigger to the bell is pretty good; in my house it's about 25' away • The trigger is very sensitive, making it easy for any dog to activate • Lots of bell choices. LOTS of them. CONS: • There are lots of bell choices, but some of them are really annoying. The "Westminster Chimes?" REALLY?! A lot of choices is no good if half of them sound like cheesy greeting cards. • Still on the fence about the 3M sticky pad connection. I'm afraid it's either going to tear off a big piece of paint one day if a dog whacks it too hard, or it'll eventually just fall off. So far it's held up. I would have preferred the option to mount it another way. This comes with another pad with screw holes in it—I guess you're supposed to screw the pad to the wall and then stick the trigger to it? Seems a little bogus. Either too permanent or not sticky enough. I guess we'll see. • The sensitive trigger is nice for a variety of dogs, but it almost always "double taps" and the alert tone hiccups. Unless it's a dead center touch, in and out, it hiccups. Any sideways motion (which a dog will do 100% of the time) and it'll do that. Those are really my only gripes and they're small compared to the benefits I've gotten. The advantages someone with a puppy or newly adopted older dog would get from this are huge, and I would say any of the Cons above should be taken with a grain of salt. This is a nice unit that's easy to set up and use!

Works great! Easy to install and the training tips came in really handy. It’s been 2 weeks and my puppy is using the bell every time he has to potty. Thank you!
