These headphones are loose fitting, but this is a side effect of the ear hooks being flexible. The flexibility and comfort of this style of headphones is important for those who wear this style because their ears are sensitive to ear cups and ear bud style headphones. If your ears are sensitive behind or on the outside, these headphones are very gentle in how they rest on your ears as well as the hook is soft.The speakers themselves give off good sound quality and volume for their size, even at lower volumes the music is clear. Usb-c plugs are pretty ubiquitous on laptops and many portable devices, but you might need a lightning to usb-c adapter for all but the latest iPhones.Inline volume control is nice, but it is all the way up at my chin - seems to be about 3-4 inches higher than wherever I reach for it. Being up that high gives better mic sound quality, that’s the positive side of the tradeoff.
