Handy to work out when there is limited space for equipment.
Purchased for my daughter and she said she didn’t find it as easy to use as the videos and advertisements. But overall it does the job when she doesn’t have access to the gym or her larger equipment.

Not as easy to use as the models make it appear
This belt is very stiff and difficult to put around your waist and then fit your heals into. It's hard to get a motion going with the stretching of this rubber tube, or maybe I'm to weak to push through with my legs??? It's awkward and not maneuverable as the ads make it appear, and I think of myself as being fairly athletic.

Gives you a good workout, but the band will snap out of the straps.

I ordered the wrong size and didn’t feel like returning it. So I can’t say. Looks good though they’ll grow as nice tension is nice but I couldn’t use it.
