Greetings When i start the machine after few seconds the main electric socket in the db disconnect I did it it 3 times all the same !!!

Although it arrived a day later than expected, it was probably due to it being newly released. It was worth the wait. Extremely well packaged with protective foam. Legible instructions in several languages. Was a little bit concerned after reading several reviews of heat press’ in general, about broken parts upon arrival, I was relieved when it arrived in perfect condition & zero issues. It’s double boxed. The product is boxed, then it’s Amazon boxed. Heats up quickly super easy & uniformly. The timer/heat controller attaches with a simple, provided, usb cord. Very satisfied with this purchase. Would buy from seller again. A++

Perfect, perfect, perfect! I absolutely love this press. It’s the first heat press I’ve ever owned, and I would make this purchase a thousand times over. It’s so easy to use, and the results are fantastic. It heats up quickly and evenly, and I love the swing-away plate — it makes placing designs simple and helps avoid burns. The pressure adjustment is a huge plus, especially when working with different materials. The quality feels incredible, and the design is sleek enough to look good sitting out in my crafting space. I’ve pressed shirts, bags, and even wood signs with zero issues. For beginners or experienced crafters, this is an amazing heat press. I’m seriously obsessed!

Not even one year and the machine just fell apart. Parts are breaking while you use it. The handle has no pressure and it is literally breaking apart. No reply from the seller to solve the problem.
