These were a game changer for me. I’m suffering from Plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I was directed by my orthopedist NOT To walk in my bare feet anymore. I had no idea what triggered this but the heel cups are in my bear paws boots AND sneakers this heel cup helps so much! I have bought several pair of insole inserts that say on the package Good they were for planter fasciitis sufferers, but they did nothing. These heel gel cups are wonderful and felt an immediate difference as soon as I stood up! This is a fantastic product!!! I have been suffering from this for the past 6 months and I have gotten NO relief even at PT in my right foot.

The heel cups are sticky, they stick to your shoe and don’t move around which is nice. It’s helped some with my heel pain. However, the cup is tacky, slightly sticky. Overall I would buy them again but I wish the top side wasn’t sticky like the bottom.

They are ok, at first seem to be comfortable but one tore after two wears .

Bought for my fast growing 12 year old, fits well and seems to help with his heel pain.

Relatively speaking, I’m giving this one four stars. Shipment was fast, no problems. Very good value for the price, if you can stand the “pea under the mattress”! The gel here definitely relieves my heel pain in my cam/walking boot. I cannot have arch support in my heel, as I had a bunionectomy with reconstruction of my arch so I had to pick gel heels without arch support. the edge going to the ball of the foot is not tapering to flat, and has about an eighth of an inch drop off, which I can feel under my foot when I’m walking. Kind of like a crease (in sock bottom) that gets more annoying and irritating and eventually painful. Hence, I thought of the princess and the pea story. I am more sensitive than the average person, so it may work for you. I have included a photo comparing other heel gels that I also ordered and I’m trying out, I have high hopes for the last one!

The original page on Amazon says clearly "6 Pack", and I thought I was paying for exactly that at $32.00 still very dear, but the reviews said it was really good. I received only one pair. Exorbitant at that price.
