Small but does the trick.
This fits me great, but I am a size 4. I have adjusted it to be as loose as possible, but it was a tight fit to put it on. I don’t recommend it for anyone much larger. I like how I can adjust the tension. Other thongs with fabric on the sides make the pearls harder to adjust. Quality is good, and it feels “right.” I think I’ll wear it during the day and get “ready” for later on. I wear it under regular panties because I get really moist down there.
