Q: Will tis type field terminator handle 1000 MHz cable.

The specifications for this connector indicate that it will handle up to 2000MHz. Obviously it will only achieve that specification if hooked up to a category 8 certified wire. Haven’t tested that spec in real life but I can definitely say these are high quality connectors that are super easy to install and I have had no problems using them to send hdmi signal in an HDBT system.

Q: are these comes with pass thrrough connectors?

These connectors are NOT pass through. You cut the ethernet wire and there is a little piece that you put the wire into and then you put that piece into the connector and crimp down. These connectors are just like the LINKUP connectors in the way you put the cable inside of them. Linkup makes videos showing you how to assemble an ethernet cable.
