A handsome piece of equipment
Fantastic product at reasonable price. Excellent quality throughout. Love the Smith Logo imprinted onto jar. Spigot easy to fit, set at an optimum position in jar ensuring good flow up to last few inches. It’s then easy to lift the jar & tip it to access remainder. The lid is a secure fit. I noted instruction to remove orange seal if flow becomes slow but, to date, this hasn’t been necessary. One could also just release the lid to obtain the same effect without moving the band. The stand is invaluable in order to create extra height for a glass to sit under spigot whilst pouring. A handsome piece of equipment.

Very useful and attractive
Really happy with this. Looks good easy to put together and is a great size. I got the 3l which for me is the perfect size for my fridge. Looks so much better than having bottled water in the fridge and adding fresh cucumber slices to your water makes it taste all the better. Highly recommend.

I’m happy with this purchase, the only thing is that the lid can’t be completely shut when filled or the liquid pressure doesn’t come out normally and only streaks out. I am not sure if this just due to first time use.But it is a great price for what you get. Very durable and the size is great for parties or drink ups. The stand is very helpful. All in all I would buy it again and recommend.

Broken Jar received twice
Ordered this 2 times and received broken glass both the times.Ordered one more and last time hoping this piece can come intact.

Just as sellers customer service is not responding
Jar is ok, but the bamboo stand it comes with came in broken. And looks like it was already broken slightly before delivery as the box was sealed and all parts were wrapped, there was no room to get anything there moving. I contacted seller, but no reply..

Excellent quality works perfectly.
What a stylish way to have fresh spring water on tap. It’s been used constantly by the family since set up. It’s excellent quality with stainless steel tap a favourable feature. Water flows well, no leaks looks lovely on the kitchen counter top. Really pleased with purchase. Looked at and compared loads before setting on this great choice in smiths.
