Okay
Doesn't seem super powerful on older stains. Wouldn't dilute it that much.If you get an oil stain I would clean it right away so it doesn't set in.Manage your expectations for older and set in stains. It is a bit pricey, but it can do the job if used properly.

Cleans grime, oil...not so much
This cleaner is very good at getting grime off of concrete, but not oil. It's nice that is in a concentrated form so you can get more for your money.

comparable to awesome
Over the years I've tried at least 6 name brand cleaners including home brew liquid soap+bleach with varying results. This brand is comparable to Awesome cleaner for cleaning soot, dirt and just general build-up. For oil stains it lightens it but is not suitable. No scrub needed. I guess I still haven't found the perfect cleaner yet.

Nice!
This Concrete cleaner really does a great job. I personally liked it best when I used 1:1 water to cleaner ratio. My concrete was really dirty, though. Price wise, it is a pretty pricey but since it does such a great job... I definitely think it's worth it. I used it by putting it in my electric car foam sprayer bottle and letting it sit for about 20 minutes. It says to let it sit for 3 minutes but I personally find it works better the longer it sits. I scrubbed half of the concrete and the other half I just sprayed with the highest setting on my garden hose and it did just as good of a job as the part where I scrubbed vs didn't scrub. So I find you don't really need to scrub when you use this... as long as you let it sit for awhile. I thought it smelled pretty good too even though it isn't fragranced. I got some on my hands and washed it off after 5 minutes and didn't find it irritating on my skin. Overall, I'm very happy with this product and can recommend it.

Worked but...
I keep trying cleaning solutions, for my indoor carpet and sidewalk and now my garage floor. Ive got a Mini Cooper that's been sitting in the garage for several months. It had a small oil leak that somehow turned into a much bigger leak over time. The oil stain was getting bigger on my concrete floor so I decided to clean it before it set in real deep.I first tried a diluted solution to see how it would work and the results were not great, rather it was less helpful than just using my regular solvent. So I decided to go full bore and use it undiluted. So I got mixed results. The newer stains came out pretty cleanly and the old tougher stains did show signs of cleaning up. Another round and I think that they would have cleaned up fairly well.Just two problems. I used most of the solution on the first go and didn't have enough for a second round. But the more important downside for me was the look of my garage floor after the solution had done its job. Mine is actually a carport floor and as such the floor has be exposed to the weather for 40 years. And in those 40 years a red patina had stained the floor. When the solution was applied to the floor in addition to removing the oil stain it removed the red patina and now the floor has these sort of clean patches that don't match the rest of the floor. Though the floor did look a bit unsightly with the oil stains, it now looks much worse with the splotchy clean areas. Better to have cleaned it with solvent and be done. This is not a knock on the product, it did it's job and the splotches are user area, I should have tested in a small off to the side area. So while the product did technically work it did not do the job I was expecting. This would be much better on newer clean concrete. Better yet put down some cardboard and fix the leak early.

Works best on light-to-moderate stained areas
To clean our garage floor (which is not heavily stained; it just has dirt/grime), I followed the Application guidelines (dilute 4 parts water: 1 part of this concrete & limestone cleaner). It worked pretty well, giving the floor a cleaner look.To clean our driveway, where our cars are parked and there are stains (some of which have been there for a long time), I used the guideline of 1 part water: 1 part cleaner.I let the solution sit for a few minutes, then scrubbed those stained areas with a bristle brush, then rinsed the area with water. While the long-standing stained areas looked better (i.e. less heavily discolored), those stains still remained.Overall, I liked all the useful information on the product label (to show me how to use this Cleaner), and it cleaned the light-to-moderately stained areas well.

Works very well!
This is a POWERFUL cleaner! It is definitely appropriate for prepping concrete for sealants or stains. We tested it on spilled oil and it got 90% of it off. It worked better than any other product we have tried in the past. You can dilute it as well and it will still work great.

Does clean concrete, not the oil stains
At first I thought it was great cleaner/degreaser for concrete. For simple stains it works. Then I tried it on various oil stains. I used both diluted and straight. It did not make much difference on the oil stains. There is lighter halo around the stains. So the stain might be tiny bit lighter but it might need another 2-3 tries with heavy scrubbing. Maybe once I will try after a pressure wash. This cleaner would most likely work well on grout, patio, standard driveway, etc. There is a big 1 gal concentrate goes a long ways.
