Refurbished but looks and feels brand new. I can't find any cosmetic issues. Runs great. I chose a 10 day non-expedited shipping option and was thrilled to get it in 5 days. Office 2021 license was inadvertently included in their configuration (their mistake), but their tech support honored the deal and helped me load it. Very happy with computer and event happier with tech support. this is a super nice system for less than $300.

The shipping of the product was ahead of schedule, which was very important to me. I needed this laptop to continue my work. The product came ready to use as a plug it in and start it up. Quality!!!!

A bunch of spam software comes with it and the Updates will literally erase all you saved documents! Learned that the hard way. The HP software tried to auto delete my external hard hardrive contents by placing a shortcut in the recycling bin to be deleted if not checked. Super fishy, shady , software, I don't even use it , and I barely bought it , now its just a very expensive paper weight!

I purchased this product because it went on black Friday sale. The laptop functions well, and I'm happy with the purchase considering what I paid for it. However, at regular price, I would expect there to be a fingerprint pad and a lighted keyboard. Alternatives with similar performance and price has these features.
