He absolutely loves this toy!!!
Came from a Reddit post with a few swearing by this brand. He went absolutely nuts when this got delivered! He didn’t leave it alone for a good while when it first got here, he’s only ever got this excited over one other toy! It has good bounce too. Got this for a 9 month old lab who’s teething and chewing his way through everything. As another said the handle is less durable than the ball part, he got it last night and he’s already got the handle a bit but you can see where his teeth have made dents in the ball but not much else. It’s great cause he can really get his teeth into it without ruining it - especially his molars. If it doesn’t last, it was so worth it to see him so happy and it’ll last longer than his other balls. It’ll be cheaper in the long run if it only needs replacing occasionally. Bonus pic of the handsome boy in question and the metal watering can he’s gotten through!

Cheap and flimsy
Bought this for my Staffy after reading reviews mentioning “ideal for chewers”, “perfect for destructive dogs” and other such comments. This is absolutely NOT for chewers. The two photo’s show the Jolly Ball after 30 minutes of play with my dog. It’s cheap, flimsy rubber and nowhere near as durable as advertised. Waste of £22 and a lesson learned to stick to Kong brand.

Good item but not indestructible
I love these balls I have two, but as soon as this had arrived, one my dogs chewed the handle. So not an indestructible ball. Gutted. But a good idea and my dogs love carrying this around

Could be stronger. Perhpas just a solid handle.
This is the damage after aprox 30min of use, by our female European Dobermann 1.5yo 32kg. This 8" Jolly Ball weighs 655g not 500g We would now buy the heavy duty one, but I think this IS the heavy duty one 🤷♂️ No, European Dobermanns don't have a 600psi bite force. It's only aprox 305psi. A bit more than a German Shepherd at 290psi. But less than a Rottweiler at 330psi. *** Update *** 5 days latter. The Jolly Ball is still in one piece. With just K9 dents. No more rips cuts or tears. And our doggy loves it. We would purchase it again. But it would be perfect if the handle was solid.

My dogs love this item
I didn't receive this design. I believe I had ordered this design but received the one with the rope. Which my small dog doesn't like. She loves the one shown in the picture. I have rated this product by the love my dogs had for my now worn out toy. They were 2 x GSD's 3 x Border Collies 1 x Staffy whom is the reason it is in poor state now. And now my small 12' dog has inherited it, and she also loves it. I bought my 1st Jolly Ball over 26 years ago and it survived the shepherds and collie with only teeth marks showing, My Staffy was a bit more full on with it and the handle went quite quickly, but the ball part endured.

My dogs have loved them
It seems a large amount to pay out at first but our last one has seen 2 dogs out. The dogs love them. It takes some dogs a while to twig to them but once they realize that it's for fun they can't leave them alone. I got an 8 inch for a Scottish Terrier and I already had a large one for our Staffie which the Scottie inherited. She even runs round the garden dragging it behind her. She is trying to stand on it and enjoys rolling over it. I keep the smaller 8 inch for indoors as they could do a lot of damage with the big one. ( to People). They are a joy to watch with it.

perfect for my big dogs....unfortunately they don't last very long but the dogs love them. I am lucky to get a month out of each Jolly Ball before my German Shepherds tear them apart

Ok.. I gave this five stars for durability even though the first thing my dog did was chew off the handle. I bought this to replace my dog's old jolly ball. The old one was a hand-me-down from our previous dog. The old one is over 15 years old lol. The first thing my old dog did on the old one was chew off the handle. It's what a dog will do !!!! The ball part however is like indestructible. It always pops back to shape. This new ball is too big .. I accidentally bought the 6 inch instead of 4.5 So my dog has a harder time fitting it in his mouth. But he loves to kick it and bite at it so he can chase it. But he still really loves that old dirty jolly ball more. I think it is because he can bite on it and in collapses and pops back up. The noise it makes as the air pushes out lol .. or if I squeeze it and blow the air at him lol. My dog is a 75 lb. lab and I think the 4.5 inch ball is a perfect fit.
