DMCStranded Cottons Printed Shade Card (New Edition)

This is the printed chart that doesn't have the actual thread samples. Because this is much cheaper I bought this instead to identify two greens that my toddler "helpfully" unsheathed from their tags which I was able to do successfully. It's fine for what it is. The colours aren't perfectly accurate as mentioned by other reviewers. I'll probably stick samples of my own to it from my stash to aid identification and at least I can make decisions on which colours to buy for projects without standing for half an hour in Hobbycraft!

Very useful as it enables me to match up threads I already have to those recommended in cross stitch magazines or patterns. Sometimes a match is close enough that I don’t need to purchase the recommended shade. So I see this colour chart as a good investment that will save me some money.

Don’t waste your money. It’s not Cotton as described it’s just printed

Much better than the less expensive photo shade card which I purchased first. The extra price is worth the money every time if possible. Very good service from supplier.
