Needs Balancing
I love the fan. Instructions were not in English, but it's all pretty easy to figure out. I love the look and it works great. I had to balance it with a kit I bought, but that's not unusual for a ceiling fan whose top speed is as high as this one.The one thing I cannot figure out (and I no longer have the manual) is how to switch the fan rotation direction. I cannot find the usual switch on the housing.

The fan looks great and works well. The instructions were not great and the fan makes more noise than I'd like it to.

Defective
This thing came with Chinese instructions, nothing in English. The "remote Sensor" was defective and almost caused a fire. From length of time to get it, to the beat up packaging, to the fact they wouldn't leave it at the house and we had to go to UPS to get it, this was not a good experience. Hoping an electrician can fix it...

Cheap.
Just installed this. Was not the quality we were expecting for the price we paid. Cheap product. Half of the text on the remote is written in Chineese. Doesn't come with any light bulbs.

Quality of product was extremely disappointing for the cost.
The holes in the entire unit were all off. The metal cage for the light bulbs was very scratched up on The inside. It took my husband 4 hours to put it up as he fought with the holes issue .
