CISSP (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional Official Study Guide, 7ed Paperback – 1 January 2015

The domains of CISSP are divided into smaller modules (22 chapters) which makes it better while preparing, and the language is easy to understand. The concepts are very well explained in enough depth needed for the exam, as well as to understand the concept without having to go online, with good real world examples. Preferred this over other CISSP material available.

Amazing book!! Language is very easy which is a differentiating factor if you compare this book with other CISSP books. I went through this book few times and it contributed to 75% of my preparation!!

Delivery was right on time and book arrived in good condition as expected.Content of the book is really good and covers all the 8 domains of CISSP. Paper quality is not as good as I expected and need to be handled delicately.

If you are studying for the CISSP examination this book is essential. Its very detailed and of a substantial size. It covers each of the 8 domains and contains all the "knowledge" that you will need to learn. Its well written and can be quite heavy going at times, but that is the way the exam is. I have only recently successfully passed the examination and consider this book my - Goto book for studying. Whilst there are other CISSP books out there which will complement this book, there are none out there that I consider should replace this book. I would recommend to anyone who is planning to take the CISSP exam to get this book and start reading it well in advance of the exam itself.

Das Buch behandelt sehr viele Themen - natürlich nicht im Detail, aber genug um die Konzepte dahinter zu verstehen. Auf manchen Seiten ist etwas viel Text, was erschreckend wirken mag, aber unterm Strich sind alle Erklärungen nachvollziehbar und leicht verständlich - vorausgesetzt, man hat mindestens Security Grundkenntnisse. Für die Prüfungsvorbereitung habe ich das dazugehörige Übungsbuch gekauft (CISSP Official (ISC)2 Practice Tests) - die Kombination war perfekt. Gut fand ich vor allem die Übungen nach jedem Kapitel und die zwei abschließenden Musterprüfungen. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

本書籍を使用して 1 ヶ月学習し、無事試験に合格しました。「開く必要がない」というのは、購入特典として書籍の PDF がダウンロード可能なためです。また、ダウンロードにはオンラインでメールアドレスを登録する必要があるのですが、更に書籍内の確認問題 420 問と模擬試験形式 4 回分の 1001 問、計 1421 問がオンラインで利用可能になります。英語はある程度できるのですが、翻訳機能があるブラウザを利用している場合、分からない単語の翻訳も容易に行える点が便利でした。私の場合は PC でオンライン問題をこなしながら、不明な点はダウンロードした PDF を参照、更に深掘りしたい場合は、単語で検索して知識を定着させることの繰り返しでした。また、 同じ出版社（Sybex）の問題集「CISSP Official (ISC)2 Practice Tests」も併せて使用しました。紙媒体のみでは、ここまでモチベーションを維持しながら学習することはできなかったと思います。PDF やオンラインの問題集を提供されている本書籍の出版社に、感謝しております。
