After checking and trying lots of companies and products found this one and it is good quality and low price also.Why this one to buy ?- because this is low price and good quality-Creatine is not for normal individuals but it is made for daily gym guys and daily heavy work outs. It provides enough energy to muscles during and after workout.- If you are gymming from 5 to 6 months, you can start to taking this with other protein shakes after workout or before workout.|| What i felt after and before ? ||- after taking this creatine powder with water i got less pains and less fatigue.* *no side effects seen till date. updated later.**

Even though this is one of most competitively priced Creatine and I also don't have any doubt about its quality BUT it is NEVER in the form of free flowing dry powder but rather lumpy formations due to HIGH moisture content.AND THIS IS NOT DUE TO THE RAINY SEASON. I had bought this earlier also 2 - 3 times during summer/ winters etc. and every time it is like this.So by weight alone due to moisture content it's real weight could be 5 - 10% less. I have tried other slightly expensive brands and the powder in that is free flowing and dry.NOT A WORTHY PURCHASE

Best thing about HealthVit creatine is it is better in mixability compared to muscleblaze creatine.I feel that the scoop is a bit bigger.Water retention is not that great as well as the pump is average.Pros:1.Great mixability2.Low price compared to other brands.3.Mildly saluted pumpsCons:1.Large scoop=more dose2.Not epic pumps like other brands.3.Tasts sucks(just like any other creatine though)Overall:- This is your best option if you want to buy a creatine in lower price range.If you can spare few extra bucks i would suggest muscleblaze creapro.

This is my first creatine intake. Using it for almost a month. For the first two to three days you wouldn't notice a difference but after that it's really great, even after two hours of rigorous training you would still have strength left in you to go more, it really boosts your performance. I take it 15 mins before I go to gym and it helps to lift more weight and go a bit longer. Totally value for money. One star less for the packaging as the outer seal was broken and the hologram was removed however the inner seal was perfecto. No complaints from me. Don't forget to drink atleast 3 litres of water daily when you consume it.

This stuff really does work. My first time using creatine I really did not know what to expect. I watched a lot of YouTube videos and googled and everyone was saying different things. If you’re like that, here’s my opinion: get this product. I was 6’3 & 175 and my body just looked awkward. In one month I was already getting compliments about how much my arms have grown. In 3 months I went from weighing 175 to 198. I know it’s not all from this product but my workout partner who was not taking this but on the same diet did not grow as fast as me. Plain and simple: get this product. If you can’t handle the taste of this, you won’t be able the taste of anything. It’s truly unflavored. Before I tried it my thought was, “It’s going to at least taste like something.” I was wrong. If you take with water, it will just taste like water with crunch. This is the way I took it to make sure I got 100% of the serving.take a small sip of water and hold that in your mouth, get a full tablespoon of this creatine and put in mouth, chase with water behind that. Don’t try to do it without water in your mouth first cause it will be like the cinnamon challenge haha. Do not store this somewhere it may get hot because it will all clump together. But anyways I say all that to say this: this is one of the most researched supplements out there. It definitely works.
