Absolutely love this tomato powder. Best ever taste! So fresh and delicious - fresh tomato taste. No clumps whatsoever! Great size bag, excellent value. You can share a little container with all your friends and they will want to buy it too. You can put it in and on everything! We made some delicious Spanish rice with it, it is excellent on crispy French fries and in all kinds of soups and sauces.

This is the best stuff! I've purchased several things from this brand/store and everything has been stellar; taste and texture is better by far than any of the several I've purchased from others before finding these folks. It's usually less expensive than others, too, but what good is cheaper if you never eat it? This Organic Tomato Powder is tasty (like a ripe fresh picked tomato,) ripe tomato red with a very fine grind that dissolves easily and smells just like tomatoes. As with all powdered eats, mixing it in is best done with a small amount of warm liquid first or just dump it into your dry ingredients adding a bit more liquid to your recipe. I cook almost everything I eat organically from scratch both personally and professionally for decades- even on a wood stove! I'm picky about my ingredients with taste being a close second to organic. Add a little warm liquid and you have that small amount of tomato paste without opening a can.

Love this product, I use it on everything it makes all the things better and gives the dish a fuller taste. I will buy this product again and again.

The flavor is great. No complaints here. I have mixed this into Indian curry dishes and was pleased. However, it has no bulk. So when you want to create a tomato sauce to go over pasta, you'll have to be creative. I myself add at times garlicky humus; have also tried mashed-up cauliflower; have yet to try other veggies. It's still an inexpensive go-to when flavoring most dishes.

We were served tomato powder when in Italy. It was used under the food on our plates or around the edges of a pasta dish. I bought this when I got back to the States and am still figuring out when to use it. It has a strong tomato flavor. I trust the Micro Organics brand.

3 tbl spoons of tomato powder + 3 tbl spoons of water = tomato paste. Plus good seasoning to boot. I shall start gardening soon and make my own, but overall this is yummy!

We like this very much! Deep red color as a powder and adds the depth of color to foods. It adds a fuller tomato taste to tomato dishes. Will also thicken the dish. I think that the quality and quantity of this item is very well worth the price. We separated the original packaging into smaller vacuum bags and put them in the freezer.
