This book is more than sufficient for gate and IES or any competitive exam to score full marks in RAC.Syllabus is much lesser for gate so u have to read it selectively but for IES u have to go through more no. Chapters.Explanation is in simple language and the solved examples are relevant and strengthens Ur fundamentals.Don't ignore RAC if u r weak in it.If u r good enough then only go for coaching notes otherwise I recommend to have this book as soon as possible.Plus I got this book at 380 only..

Amazing book by R. S. Khurmi. Always try to purchase his books when learning mechanical courses!

Best book ever. Concepts are explained in such a fantastic way that it directly enters your head. Also contains sufficient number of solved and unsolved problems. Much much better than the overrated crap CP Arora book. I initially didn't understand anything of RAC but after studying from this book I got hold of every concepts clearly after properly studying this book and got 90 marks out of 100 in end sem exam.
