I am a bigger guy, and this bike fits me very well. It is so much fun, and the seat is not uncomfortable. The assembling process was not hard. I got this to go around the town I live in, and it is so good for that. The price for the bike is so reasonable. The only thing I wish someone told me is that it is a lot of bike, and if you are used to a regular mountain bike it is a bit different riding a fat tire. It just takes some time to adjust. You want to be tall to. I am 5”10 and I barely touch the ground when I stop. The quality of the bike, and battery are really good. I did a lot of research before buying this bike, and I am so happy with my choice. The blue on the rims looks so good in person.

Firstly, this bike is terrific! It is fast and grabs a lot of attention. The rims and the 4" fat tires are smooth but very loud. On pavement, I sound like a dive bomber from the last world War. Aside from that, the tires are great off road and have proven great on trails, just avoid thorns or get liners. The last point of note is this: no suspension. It's a hard tail with rigid front forks. This is fine for smooth roads, but the jolts and vibration really tax my arms. So, I installed an air fork and now it rides amazing! Since it is about 1/3 to 1/2 the price of most other ebikes, it is value packed. The pedal assist kicks in whenever I pedal, or if I am tired I can rest and use the throttle by itself. The onboard computer can be tweaked to increase the max speed from 20 mph to whatever your weight and topography will allow. I've had it up to almost 30 mph. Overall, it was the best purchase for me. I have new freedom to explore my world!

Its great and fast, but it has a short battery, it claims it has 20 miles but I usually gear about 12 miles out of each full charge. In my case the gears wont shift past 3 but that can be easily fixed and isn’t affecting my rating. 4 stars because of the inconvenient battery life

The shipment arrived quickly and we couldn't wait to open it. Right out of the box, this bike is so good looking. It is a solid frame. The tires are a nice fat 26 inches but once assembled with the frame, it is a really big bike for a very tall person. Unfortunately we have to return it because my son is not comfortable with the height. Before we completed the assembly, we could already see his legs weren't long enough, so there was no reason to attach the seat. My son is a teenager who rides a 26 inch SE, but I should've read the description more seriously. Love the bike, its a huge disappointment that it didn't him but for the right person, this bike is really built well and looks amazing!

Extremely fast shipping, received in 3 days. (Will update review tomorrow after my first ride) Fairly easy to assemble, ( about 30 minutes and comes with tools needed ) I had a hiccup with the left peddle, it screws in counter clockwise... Battery charged in 5 hours so it's too late to ride tonight.The bike is big, anyone under 5' 10" ( as mentioned in other reviews ) will have trouble getting on and off this monster. This is a heavy duty bike and looks like a Beast with the fat tires. Can't wait to ride it in the morning.Update about ride and handling tomorrow.**Update** First ride was a blast, 5 miles on electric with very little peddling. Hit 25 mph on a flat surface but most of the time 23 was the top using electric only, in 7th gear and speed setting on 5. I'm 230lbs so it struggled on a steep incline. Seat is a little on the hard side so I bought a cover that's gel padded.Overall I'm very happy with this bike and heading out again to cruise the neighborhood.Highly recommend seller, E-Go Bike LLC. Thought I had a problem with the left peddle and contacted them, they responded in a short time, great customer service.

Update Amazon promised me they would make it right if I sent in all the receipts from the shipping and all messenger back and forth and so I did and every time I call they say they have not heard back. And hang up so Amazon did not keep there word either. So I GOT RIPPED OFF BY THE COMPANY AND AMAZON DIDN'T HONOR THERE WORD TO ME. SO BUYER BEWARE ON THIS PRODUCT....Unfortunately the throttle went out and when we went to send it back and we have sent it back it cost us 318.80 for the postal service due to the weight and over sized package. They refused to pay the fee to return it even though it was a faulty product. The kid was using it to go to work and back and it stopped working the 2nd week. So he almost lost his job and the cost us 318.80 to send back to get a refund on the product. I sure hope they pay me back the postage if not I will be letting you all know and if they don't. I definitely would not purchase there product again. Was a nice looking electronic bike with fat tires 500 watt but not when it breaks and costs a 1/3 of the price to ship it back to get a full refund. So we shall see if they refund the shipping as well as stated in the paperwork. If Not Amazon better make this right. 😤

I waited a while to write this because I have reviewed products that just didn't hold up. That is not the case with this beast. I ride almost daily to work and back, yes even in cold northern Indiana. I just reached 250 miles and have had no problems. I almost always ride on power setting 4 out of 5 pedal assist and still get about 15 to 18 miles per charge just like when it was new. This bike is NOT TOO BIG for the average rider as I am just under 5' 9" and have the seat up a little to accommodate the rear fender. Nothing has come loose, brakes still work fine, and tires are still like new. As for the shipping complaints FedEx lost mine and when I complained they sent another via ups and I received it right away. I may upgrade to the 750w version this summer but will definitely be another Ecotric! Will update after another 250 miles but if you want a fun dependable ebike GET THIS ONE!

I peddle on setting 3, I average 7 miles a day, I can only get 14 miles on a charge (while peddling). It claimed 20 miles battery only. When I put it on setting 5, a full battery goes down to 2 bars.**Customer service is a nightmare. Sent in videos of my brand new brakes screeching and never recieved a response.
