Wonderful product..after few days of usage I feel it's worth for money. Driver support windows 7 and also have lan connectivity. Installation instructions are clear and easy.(everything in English only). I am happy with this product.

Product is good, works good. Had no problem installing it in Windows 10. Theres driver cd provided with proper instructions in leaflet in english and also online link is provided for drivers in case you dont have drive. hoinprinter.com/en/downloadWorks good, prints good. Speed is alsoOnly thing that didnt appear great was its cutter, they could have used metal cutter blade instead of moulding teeths in its plastic body onlyUpdate as on 7.6.2018Product works good without any issues today even, after around 10 months. So those thinking of buying it, can go for it. Even today it works as good as new one.And for plastic blade, once you get the trick, its as easy as 1,2,3 to cut the bill manually. Just hold the paper from right edge (paper being perpendicular to base), and tear it off like you are tearing a paper, giving force perpendicular to paper towards yourself.

No point buying this product. Does not work with any OS or any POS Software. Have had a very difficult time getting this configured. I have bought two for 2 different stores. Struggling at the moment to get any support from the seller.

Printer was good.. Dark printing.... All accessories also good... Installation is completed.. But not set as default ptinter..After installation of new windows it's ok...Printer was awesome... Ek no.

Easy to install.Plug and print.Very Good Quality Print with good thermal papers.Buy a good quality thernal paper and the print quality will be awesome.The paper comes free with printer is crap and make you doubt if the printer is evenworth a peny.Con :: Do not work too long.Chinese make so no warranty or repair.You have to buy a new one only.In China this is available at Rs 900 but i amazon got a deal of 2500.Heavy Users Avoids. I bought it as the emergency printer for my various stores.

Cheapest thermal printer in market, using 2 such printers at my retail outlet, happy with performance. Oh yes, it takes some time and some efforts to set it up with your billing software!

I received the product before time. I installed it. Removed test print. Manual was in English not like what somebody mentioned. But somehow I'm not able to recover print through my pos software. Until i check through with some software guy... I'll reserve my reviews
