If you are any age, please read!
Carrie is a great writer, and a lovely person! This whole book has a great comfortable, friendly, counselling feel to it, and everyone should read it because what it says is so smart! It talks of basic things that all people should know, stopping on topics like safe sex, bullying and internet safety. Also it is interspersed with funny anecdotes from Carrie's own experience. 100% would recommend!

Empower Yourself. Buy it.
I'm really not the target audience for this book. I know I say that a lot, especially when it comes to YA fiction, but this is different. This book is non-fiction, aimed almost exclusively at the teen market.I'm a married woman.I'm a mum.I have worked in the same field for seventeen years.Surely I should have figured life out a bit by now?! That I purchased All I Know Now for myself proves that's not the case...I know I'm not alone in being an older reader of this book. Yes, a lot of Carrie's fans (or 'Hopefuls') fall into the teen age bracket, but she's also won a host of older fans for her honest, open approach, her good nature and humour, and her positivity. She's a vlogger with a difference- she doesn't talk exclusively about fashion, or make up, or books. Instead, she uses her vlog, tumblr and twitter to connect with fans and answer their questions, sharing her own experiences and reinforcing that you need never think you have no one who cares. I suppose in some ways she's an agony aunt or a wise older sister, someone who's got your back and has a waiting ear to listen to your problems. All I Know Now is just like her vlog, but in book form. It's chatty, and easy to read, and it's mostly a very positive and upbeat collection of stories that remind you you're stronger than you think. Each chapter is a life lesson, something to mull over whilst candidly sharing Carrie's personal stories. This book is a perfect way for Carrie to impart what she's learnt. She shares her own experiences of notable milestones and those difficult adolescent moments- bullying, peer pressure, sex, relationships, self confidence- and because it's written in Carrie's typically chatty style, it makes you feel like you're listening to a friend, giving you advice over a pot of tea and a slice of Victoria sponge, not just flicking pages in a book.I read this book when I had a lot on my mind, and Carrie's words were genuinely comforting to me. They were a big, warm blanket which made me feel safe. Thank you for that, Ms Fletcher. So, to wrap up this review, I want to say that whatever your age, whatever your outlook, whatever your dreams...you can learn from this book. It encourages introspection and self awareness, and is a perfect way to help you reassess what is important to you. Not to anyone else, YOU.I highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.Empower yourself. Buy it.

A Charming Guide to Being a Grown-Up
I have been a big fan of Carrie's YouTube channel, ItsWayPastMyBedtime, for a couple of years now. I love her subtle comedy, her constant ability to look on the bright side, her wonderful thought process and of course, her beautiful voice. Over the years of weekly videos, I feel like Carrie has become a dear friend, so when she announced that she was releasing a book, I was overjoyed with excitement for her, as she was finally fulfilling such a big dream of hers.Carrie and I are just a year apart in age, so I wasn't expecting to take away anything from this "guide", but boy was I wrong! There are so many small points she makes in the book that have hit home to me, and I'm trying to achieve them in my daily life ("sar-chasm", for example). As well as an abundance of advice, this charming guide is filled to the brim with hilarious stories that'll keep you entertained. So, whether you are a loyal fan, or a newcomer to the Hopefuls (that's what we call ourselves!), if you're 45 or just on the cusp of 13, you will love, and draw wonderful advice, from this book. So, CONGRATULATIONS Carrie, and I'm excited to see what you write about next!

A great self help book for teens.
As a fan of Carries I bought this book to support her and to see what all her hard work had been about. It's a great book, well written, full of little anecdotes and great advice. However as a 25 year old woman with a few more years life experience than Carrie I definitely feel this book is aimed at the younger teen audience. Even as adults when we have supposedly grown up we are still learning, learning from our mistakes, experiences, adventures and those we surround ourselves with. It is a continual journey and it doesn't just end when you leave your teens and become an "adult". In a few years Carrie may have a different outlook on life and may want to write another book aimed at an older audience. However I think it is a great book, a great form of guidance for those who may be struggling with their teen years and I admire Carrie for writing it and putting it out there. You are a great role model and someone young hopefuls can look up to and aspire to lead their lives in a similar manner to you.

Brilliant Idea and Writing Style.
At 22 I'm probably a little old for this book but I still enjoyed it. I could relate to a lot of what she said I did get some new things out of it least of all apologising.( I'm a big one for just walking away and forgetting )I think I would have appreciated the book more if I'd read it when I was younger and it might have helped me make more positive choices through my teenage years.I also liked the writing style I felt like I was talking to a friend (I feel Carries friendly bubbly personality shines through) rather than being told how it is by someone wiser. Most of all I like the idea of the book a kind of life manual / principles to live by. It did leave me feeling what principles do I live by ? Tempted to do my own mini version for me.
